Gaynor provides a wonderful away from home experience. Sink possibly needs to be repositioned

Where to start - well, probably the excellent breakfasts! Absolutely delicious, and nice to have a choice of options for each day. The room was comfortable - the little fridge is a lovely touch, and so useful in the hot weather, and the fan provided was efficient. Lovely comfy bed and no traffic noise to speak of in spite of open windows guarantees a good night's sleep. There honestly isn't anything about the property I would criticise - it was lovely, beautifully clean and comfortable. The location is slightly out of the centre but still right on the seafront.

This place is perfect for a stay, the room was very spacious with everything you would want, Gaynor is wonderful, breakfast is spot on, very clean and tidy, why stay at a corporate hotel when there are places like this. No hesitation in booking again the next time we are in that location Everything was good, nothing to dislike

The location was perfect for my Eastbourne Extreme roller derby tournament. The breakfast options were amazing and the staff were very accommodating. Nothing I liked everything

Room 5 was really cozy with a great view.. breakfast was amazing.. the room had everything we needed. Plus more. Great location and fantastic host. Thank you for a great stay.

Location - walking distance of most things with a bus stop almost outside the door. Across the road from the promenade. Landlady - Gaynor was lovely! Breakfasts - spectacular N/A

Our hostess Gaynor was absolutely lovely, our room was beautiful, wonderful breakfast choices she has thought of everything and more, lots of lovely touches to make your stay enjoyable. Just a small problem with the water pressure in the shower and sink, but was so pleased with everything else forgot to mention this as we had the option to have a bath.

Plenty of choice for breakfast and the best eggs benedict we have had ! All good quality food the granola pot was very good too all home made as were jams . Nothing really but I dont like a rainfall shower (as don't want wet hair every shower )which had a good shower(as my husband used it ) I like a hand held shower but unfortunately was poor pressure . But would come again and Gaynor the host was very friendly and welcoming !!

I was really impressed with the room. The fact that we had a small fridge was really appreciated in this hot weather, also there was proper milk and the tea/ coffee selection was great. Really lovely breakfast.

The owner had a real eye for detail. Everything we needed was in the room inc. Fridge, tea, fresh milk and lots of storage. Best fruit salad I've ever had. Nothing
