On the sea front. The view was not sea view but side view, bath side was completely damaged. Crack in the mirror.

Breakfast was decent for the price. Room very comfortable Bedding was clean and location to the beach was fantastic. Check in was also simple and offered late check in which was a requirement of mine. Alittle outdated. The top floor was Alittle strange as none or a few of the lights worked so it had a haunted house feeling. Bathroom shower just needs a newer shower head and lastly breakfast coffee was just instant . Would have been better to have a proper latte without a price increase

It was a good breakfast. The room was OK and the bed was comfortable. You could not see out of the windows because they were dirty, The room was quite noisy and there was a dripping overflow all; night long, Bath plug did not fit and the light was faulty in the lobby opposite our room which made it very dark getting out of the lift.

Very good location . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were pleasant . The building is tired but it’s good value for money close to the pier and the town and just by a very good ice cream parlour and restaurants

Lovely fresh cooked breakfast..fried eggs,scrambled,croissants,rolls,beans,sausages,tomato,hash brown,mushrooms,bacon,bacon,cereals,yoghurt,fruit,frui juice,toast jams....Close to bus stops as non drivers it was fabulous..pier just up the road town centre walkable.... Only one pillow each

Room was clean and tidy, Breakfast was good staff very helpful No hairdryer, no windows to open and it was a particularly hot couple of days, corridors in the hotel not very clean, key card kept not working so had to keep returning to reception
