Bright at night. Our stay at Villa Serena motel was highly unpleasant. DO NOT STAY, MAJOR LIFE HAZARD. We paid $110 nonrefundable per night, and we were there for 4 nights. You read nice reviews about this place because they give you snacks if you leave one (that’s how we got into this shit show). Now you can read the truth: The room needs major repairs. The paint is badly chipped on all the walls, the glass lamps are broken, the fridge is very loud and stinks like a wet rug (right next to your head), the AC is abnormally loud and located right next to the bed, the room stays constantly humid even with the AC on and an open window, nothing will dry, the shower pressure is a joke, the water doesn’t get hot, and you only get two misshapen pillows for the queen bed. The microwave turned itself on during the night, scared us, and woke us up. We quickly unplugged it because this faulty microwave can start a fire!!! Housekeeping needs to be requested (when I asked why no one cleaned our room, they said that you need to request it because a lot of people are worried about their personal items), and lo and behold, my gold necklace was gone right after they cleaned our room!! They only cleaned it once and ignored other requests. I had to get fresh towels myself. Even though they claimed it to be “safe,” I’ve heard loud cursing, fighting, and yelling outside my room at night and during the day. My advice: stay away from this place.

To be honest, I was dissapointed and wouldn't stay there again. by the time I got there, there was nothing left to do They didn't have a smart TV or an iron, and I also thought it was very expensive for a motel, when I looked on the website, it said hotel

The location was closed to my destination. Need upgrades! The bed was not comfortable. The smell was terrible and AC too.

They were accessible with requests and very friendly. I would definitely consider staying there again. There's always room for improvement but had no complaints.

Nothing The room was dirty, floor unswept, the bed was gross as the pillows had dark streaks on them and human hair. The side of the mattress had various marks all over including what appeared to be dried blood. The existing reviews for this “hotel” must be friends of the owner because they do not align at all with the property.

I don’t know what to tell you I have had si h wildly different experiences at this place. The first time I stayed there it was was gorgeous, perfect delightful. and that time I was able to pay the deposit on my card. The second time, I had cash for the room, I had my ID and money on my card, but that time they said it had to be a cash deposit.. ok.. I wasn’t able to get cash from the local atms, and I was sp tired, it was Christmas, and I had to work the next day, so they made an “arrangement” with me. They gave me a room that was straight out of SAW II, complete with a broken tv as well as random old appliances, rust stained dripping tub and sink, FLITHY, and blanket with cigarette holes, and the worst was a broken heater, it was FREEZING. I called to ask if they had. An extra blanket and it was a no.

The rooms had been remodeled and upgraded from the old run-down building. The sheets and towels were clean. Floor was also clean. Shower worked well. There was no air circulation in the room. It was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner did not work. I had to open the window and hear the noisy vehicles and people walking by the room. I finally closed the window before sleeping for safety and it was stuffy all night. The stairs to the second floor were steep and run down. It seemed like you were going into an ally to get to the second floor rooms. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed platform looked like it had been repaired with tape several times over.
