The worst ever they lied about the room they lied about the accommodations. They lied about everything. Do not go there never go there. Stay away from this place lost our luggage lost our room didn’t give us details. My son slept on the floor inexcusable place. Nothing Latin obnoxious trunk people leaving their sand and puke everywhere

This is the best hotel. Clean and new. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I love everything about it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great, the drinks were good. The views were super nice! The resort was clean. The weather was windy, so it wasn’t too hot. Loved my spacious room and bathroom, absolutely loved the shower! The Riu parties at the sister resort were really fun. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again. Nothing.

The most important part about the property was the kindness of the employees. They were always willing to go above and beyond for the guests. They were all very respectful and friendly and as a solo traveler myself, I felt very safe here. The only thing is that the pools were always so crowded so it was impossible to relax there which is understandable it’s nothing to be upset about. Also I wish they had room service.

Location was great. I booked the ocean front suite. Amazing views. The restaurant has Mexican and American food choices. I don’t drink but the bars had food as well. Hotel was comfortable and great. Maintenance was great and polite. Anything you needed they provided. A few hours after check in the front desk checked on me which was nice. Loved the Riu app. It helped with requests and daily events that happened each night. They took care of each guest with care. Great resort. Could have better vegetation and vegan options. Some restaurants close earlier than others. I sat down at one bar for 10 minutes without a server to acknowledge me. Apologies were made and I wasn’t mad about it. One of the restaurants sung happy birthday to me along with some other guests. It made up from the other restaurant. The gift photo gift shop hours were 9-1 & 5-9 mon-fri. The day of my check out I tired to buy my pictures but they weren’t open until 10am. One of the workers lied and I didn’t get a chance to buy them. My taxi was scheduled at 10am. Other than those four things it was good.

I thought the hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly without being annoying. I think the food could have been better. It was all just 'meh'. And the alcoholic drinks were so watered down it was ridiculous - which I get, but I mean, it's so obvious.

Amazing location, not too far from the airport and upscale restaurants. Not too many activities and the resort isn’t as big as others.

I did not like your entertainment program. Too poor dor such large and big hotel

The front desk people were not helpful at all. The pools were dirty, had a layer of algae in the corners, and the food looked ok but was tasteless. We all had diarrhea at the end of the trip. There were flies all over the buffet and it was very hot inside. Finally, they accused our kids that they peed on the couch/ bed, which was very smelly and dirty to begin with, and charged us $100. Oh and don't forget to never shop from their little store, just go across the street and buy whatever you need half a price.

The staff is great and very friendly. They keep it looking great, constantly cleaning. Lots of pool options to fit your vibe. Kulinarium needs some help, food was not great on the day we went. Agave and Kaori were very good. You can really get anything at La Hacienda - the three meal B/L/D. Early breakfast is better less crowded.

Very clean and classy hotel, friendly staff. Nice beach access. Well appointed room. Tje poolside entertainment was fun. We came here spontanously, booking the same day for an impromptu birthday trip and was very satisfied with the choice. The pina colada drinks had an odd after taste but it just may be whatever mixture is being used by local distrubtors as I've noticed the same taste at other resorts. We could not get into a specialty restraunt as they do not take reservations.

location was good, the hotel was clean, they had good shows for the family and also for the adults. Check in. HORRIBLE!! they charge me $1300 extra because of some dumb detail that was not even my fault. The hotel claimed that they needed to charge me and extra $1300 because the age of my children was not included in the reservation and since I booked with Booking.com that I would have to take it up with them.

It needs place to eat later and the pools closed to early

Could have more food options but it’s all you can eat so it’s not too bad
