The nicest desk clerk I have ever met.

I stayed there only one night the room was clean. The linens were very clean. My grandson loved the pool. The lady at the front desk was also up bright and early, maintaining the grounds and picking up trash. Overall, we had a good time.

Nice clean rooms. Everything close by. Staff super!.

The room was very nice, I stay here about twice a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Looking forward to the next time.

Owner was very friendly, the rooms are a bit dated , but were very clean and the bed was completely. For the price it was definitely a good stay.

Location Beds were very uncomfortable, sink was stopped up, tub was stopped up. No breakfast at all!

I honestly loved everything about my stay. The owner is absolutely amazing and will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. I come to Eureka Springs every year for the Dirtsurferz race at the Passion Play and this is by far my favorite place to stay. Its super close to the event so u can relax and clean up throughout the day as you practice and run your laps. If youre looking for a nice, clean, convenient place to stay, this is it. I honestly cant think of anything negative to say. I really have no complaints.

The owner is a really good guy. All of my interactions with him have been meaningful. He’s helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. This Inn is usually a very good value and close enough yet also just far away for some peace and quiet.

I love that it was located right near the end of town where it was easy to get to the room was very clean and comfortable. I absolutely love this hotel. The only thing that I did not like is that since it sits closer to the main highway, I could hear every car that drove by so if they were blasting their music, you could hear it.

Very friendly staff The young man that shuttled us to breakfast was very kind and respectful. The handicap room was perfect for my needs. Could not walk to breakfast but was happy they provided us transportation.

I usually stay at the Razorback, which I highly recommend, but this motel compared favorably. Very clean property and room. I'll stay again. Like most motels these days, the checkin took too long. Too many unnecessary questions. ANNOYING! They used to give you a card, you put your license plate number on it, you signed it and they gave you a key. Guess I'm old school.

The staff was very cordial and very helpful. The room was clean. The facility was quiet . There really wasn't anything I did not like. It would have been nice to have breakfast provided but that is not a deal breaker. I fully intend to stay at the Regency next year.
