Sam and Priyanka was very welcoming always a smile on there faces . You could ask them anything.the hotel was basic but really nice. I got to admit there was nothing I didn't like . I am planning to go back there

Sea front and close to Exmouth town Scaffolding all around but no problem really

Breakfast good, location good. Bed very poor, no sleep. Duvet very heavy, floor boards very creaky. Bottom windows screwed shut, you could see the screws on the pvc sticking out. One lamp by the side of a double bed.

Nice location, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean, polite staff, shower worked. View was amazing. Every floorboard creaked when moving around, bathroom needing repairs - nails sticking out on bathroom doorway floor, broken off toilet roll holder shower cubicle too small to get in with door closed, but worked well. Breakfast was very good selection except the bread let it down - need better quality to match rest of breakfast!

The breakfast was lovely as expected. The rooms are reasonably priced, well equipped with short stay appliances such as TV, Kettle, Fan etc. And the hotel staff are very polite and accommodating. The hotel building looks fantastic, clearly a part of the Exmouth seafront history. It is a shame that there was scaffolding around the outer structure during my stay, but that's just nit picking and I understand that the work must be carried out in order to keep the place in good condition.

Due to cleanliness issues decided against eating there. Staff were friendly. Location fantastic.

Near the beach The property had scaffolding up against the front of the property which impaired on our sea view. The room was small. The windowsill damaged. Throughout the hotel the carpets were stained. The woodwork damaged. The furniture was cheap. Very unwelcoming. The outside grounds were poor. Car parking was tight and expensive. The breakfast was limited and not worth the money. The water for the tea was in flask and was not hot enough. Not worth the money. It should be closed and renovated.

Was a lovely hotel people was lovely very modern bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and big and spacious room As I got into the bed and pulled back the duvet there was blood on the side of the sheet so I looked to see if there was anymore and there was quite a few even lifted the sheet up form under the mattress and there was more blood

Great location and staff Room quite small but adequate. Having renovations fone but didn't interfere with our stay.
