The staff was wonderful! Room was clean. Had good shop. Great place to stay.

Location was convenient to the airport

Staff was untrained at checkin . They were literally learning everything on the fly . I have owned 40 hotels - front desk staff should be reasonably trained before putting them out front . My check in took 15 minutes and there was no line .

Perfect in every way

Nice property. Very convenient location. Clean room/excellent housekeeping. Good restaurant choices & a beautiful outside patio. Friendly staff. Had a little glitch at check in but it all worked out. Not a fan of them delivering luggage because it took several hours for ours to arrive & also had to have it ready 3 hours before departure....both of which were inconvenient.

Really convenient from the airport. Room was a little weird having a suite like entrance with separate travelers. Hot breakfast was ok, but the view was excellent.

We had a warm welcome. It is a very busy hotel at times, caters for high volumes. It met our expectations.

The rooms were hot, air conditioning did not work. Key did not work on door, two different key sets. They moved us to another room. We are traveling with a group of 14. All rooms were hot. It is unfortunate that the property was not in great working order at the beginning of the season. They had plenty of time to make things right before they opened.

Restaurant staff was very friendly. Food in restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet not good.

The daily housekeeping service was a huge disappointment. The rooms were not made up until after 5:45 pm. The first day, I had just pulled the covers up on the bed in our room and the bed was then not freshly made that day. The lobby was continually packed with visitors, and difficult to even find a place to sit. People were either waiting for a room, or had checked out and were waiting for a later flight. At any rate, it made the public areas very uninviting.

This property is so beautiful. We didn't want to go off the property most of the time. So much to see and do. The food was great as well. Can't wait to return.

The room was very nice for where we were. We ate the $25 breakfast buffet one morning. Cold eggs. Couldn’t get cream for coffee. Biscuits and gravy had no sausage. The bed was not good for my husbands back. Overall ok

Having a frig would be nice.

The stay was excellent. I would have water in the rooms on arrival. Everything was coordinated excellent.

Bar staff was rude and at one point refused service. Wait staff brought salad and main course at same time, and then blamed it on me. The food overall was terrible.

Food was so so. There was quick pick up at the airport. The room was large. Most staff are extremely friendly but front desk staff seemed confused

Great place to stay with beautiful views of the Chena River.
