AMAZING experience! A hostel unlike any other! I think it was my best hostel experience (and I’ve been to many!) The community events like BBQ, nightly dinners, pub crawls, it was top notch. The staff are also the best! Hmm not sure, maybe the bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit more.

What really kills the mood is this really pushy pub crawl dude from the hostel, every damn single night. You will know exactly when you are there. Everyone is chilling, having a good time and he tries to get everyone to participate and cash in an extra 10€ pP to show the same 3 bars everyone knows, who has been in the city for more than 2 days. It just kills the vibe and he makes it kind of obligatory to pay, when you just want to hang out with the people you met in the hostel that day.

Location No soap, no tv and property run down

Location, very clean and very social hostel. The staff are amazing

Super clean. Perfect central location. Though I didn’t use it, well-stocked kitchen.

The room smelled terrible. Like dirty socks.

Staff were friendly, location was good, very nice hostel. Nothing

There was no AC so the first night I spent in this hostel was sleepless. As soon as you enter the building there is a strong mold/mildew smell and obvious water damage. I believe this hostel was expensive for what it offers.

There was nothing that I particularly disliked. Nothing to complain about. I recommend this hostel

Super friendly staff. Staff all day long to help you with whatever u need. Clean facilities, fresh nice sheets and pillows, amazing location. They also organize activities for people staying over, like dinners, drinks in their rooftop, etc. Free coffee in the mornings and tea all day long. You can buy things if you get here and don’t feel like going out. It’s hard to cancel all noises in an old property, but in general it’s okay. They do provide free earplugs!!!

Very helpful staff, able to leave bags before check in and after check out. Great food for an organised family meal and a sister hostel. Shower room was not exclusive to women and only cleaned once every 24 hrs.

Really nice hostel, a proper hostel, with community and a great vibe. Lovely staff, super clean, great facilities. We were in the double room and stayed at the start and again at the end of our week in Portugal. Both rooms were great. Nothing, honestly perfect

Everything was great. Everyone working in the hostel was friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean. Nice vibe ? During my stay there was a pizza night and barbecue organised - good for everyone who likes to socialise and party. I don't, but even during the party it was not very loud, and I slept very well ? Bed very comfy, clean, white sheets, very good water pressure under the shower. This place has it all, and I am sure everyone can feel great there ? thank you ! Everything was prefect

The place is old, and it is set in a nice building; there is a lot of space to hang out. Great terrace for the Sun and morning coffee. A good-sized kitchen to cook and store your food. Good Wi-fi. The building has a potencial for more grown-up travellers, but is made up for party place with loud music in the reception. One day, I opened the big, stiff doo,r and a piece of plaster hit my head. The staff acknowledged that but did nothing about it. There was one cleaning lady who was pestering me to clean my coffee cup from the terrace building. I just left for the bathroom. I find that over the top. I am on holiday and I want to relax, not be bothered like that. I made a complaint at the reception, and guy did not seem to listen properly, just blamed me, not the staff and laughed about it. Very professional. Poor service. Next time, I will take my money somewhere else.
