Good location. Rail delays in Switzerland and rail bus to get there made me gour hours late yo checkin. But staff were helpful when i got there

Absolutely sweltering in the heat wave. They should have provided fans. At least one could take a cold bath. Convenient location but getting free night parking is almost luck.

Location. Character.

Great location, easy walk to both town center and train station. Good breakfast. Cute atmosphere. Weird check in hours, with no staff at some points during the day (on the weekends). I understand that an early check in is not always possible, but at least have someone there to help people stow their luggage. When your stay is short in particular, you don’t want to spend it hanging around an empty hotel lobby.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The room was clean and convenient. The furniture is a bit outdated. There is nobody at the reception before 2 pm, so if you come early, you don’t even know where to leave your luggage. Finally, some not too friendly woman showed up and declared that I could leave my luggage “right there” and come back after 3 pm. When I came back, the reception girl was very nice and friendly, told me the price in euros, but than I found out that she charged my card in $, so I lost more than $10 just for their conversion rate. The next day, when I came back around 3 pm, nobody cleaned my room yet, what was ok since I stayed just 2 nights. Everything else was great.

I had a large room with comfortable bed and chairs. I always like having a chair. Breakfast was excellent. I was able to walk where I needed to go and public transportation was nearby for other places. A kettle would have been nice to have.

The hotel was only 300m +/- from the station and an easy walk. And then only 50m away form Old Town. Great location. Hotel was great, comfortable, and had a great breakfast in the morning

Easy to find, located near old town, reception gave us a safe place to park our van that wouldn’t fit into the underground parking area. We had 2 rooms and one room had an updated bathroom with a fabulous shower The street below is quite busy. Rooms aren’t quite soundproof, could hear our youth laughing from next door. Beds were cozy but very creaky, my husband rolling over in the night woke me up. Our 2nd room had an older bathroom. Furniture is all quite old, which is fine but the decor is not quite like the photos on the website. Can still have the old world charm with updates;) My husband wanted a coffee in the morning and had to find someone to ask where to get it. The cleaning staff were busy and not super friendly. It was Sunday when we arrived and we walked a while to find a place to eat.

Central location with parking place. Clean and cosy.

Originally the location and covered parking garage (for our bikes) was why we chose this property. However However there was a very loud festival going on behind hotel but you could hear the very loud music past 11! And due to the festival the covered garage was closed.

Great location to old town and train station

Good location near public transportation, stores, restaurants, etc. Room was large, everything worked. Adequate breakfast. Though located on a busy street, our room was quiet in the back. Carpeting was worn. Would prefer bare floors without carpets.

Very nice hotel in a small Austrian town. Perfect place to recover after a long travel day. Great proximity to the town centre and the nature trails.
