The location, the room, the staff, literally everything was PERFECT. I was traveling with a friend and this is the perfect location to stay in. The bed was SO comfortable and the room was pristine. The staff was so nice, he accommodated and early check in and he was also able to hold out bags while the room was ready. Everything was great, I don't have any constructive criticism for this hotel.

Location was excellent. Right in the heart of Fira and under a 5 minute walk to the room Slightly noisy in the evening but the a/c drowned out most noise

The property manager was super amazing! he helped me with luggage storage on the day i was leaving!! the area is right near the center with lots of food and shopping options around. i would recommend this property to everyone that goes!! since the location is very central, it can be very loud at night with people still walking and driving around.

Really good location, near the best restaurants. Everything looks new. Very clean. Check out time is before 11:00, we stayed until 13:30 pm. We appreciate the receiptionist. The room is little bit small. But for tourists just sleeping is OKAY.

Loved this place! The location is perfect, with a clean and beautiful space decorated in Greek style. The host was very kind and responsive when we asked to leave our luggage, which we really appreciated! Nothing

Everything was clean and organized. The cleaning lady came everyday and swap out towels and organized the bed. Everything was perfect.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT location was perfect, just 2 mins away from the city centre,grocery stores,bus stand . Facilities were amazing. Host was very very helpful. The day that we checked out we had a morning cruise and the host kindly let us use his office to take a quick shower before we could leave. That helped us out a ton. definitely recommend.

The room is in the heart of Fira - 1min away from Caldera where all the shops are located. Artemis was waiting for us to share information about taverns that we could eat (they were amazing), beaches to visit, and from where to see the sunset. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Everyday there’s a cleaning lady passing by who even got our stuff in order, put our shoes into bags and cleaned everything. Artemis arranged a taxi to pick us up early in the morning so we don’t miss our flight. Really wonderful experience and totally recommend it to everyone!

It was one of the best hotels of our entire trip. The welcome and check was amazing especially the orientation to the city and how to get around it was like having a best friend in the city. And the room and balcony were spectacular. I loved the space, the ambience and the cleanliness was first rate, better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Nothing I loved it all.
