Fantastic location within 10 min walking distance to major attractions and amazing restaurants (like the viral sandwich store All’Antico Vinaio)! Staff were super friendly and welcoming too! The room was clean and comfy and bathroom was much larger than your average bathroom for Italy. Overall we’d definitely stay here again! Narrow stairs/elevator but overall not a problem bc the rest was so nice

Very clean and super close to all Florence attractions Some noise at night from near by night club

Rooms were Clean and new with high ceilings No real lobby

Location is great. Bed is very comfortable and staff are very attentive. Room was a bit small with our luggage but very comfortable and clean. Fine for a couple of nights.

I loved the room, the lights in the exposed ceiling. They seemed to think of everything. The bed was very comfortable, there was a lift for our bags. I liked the keyless system very much. They accommodated us with an early check in which we appreciated very much. We even had free water from the mini fridge and robes and slippers! The only thing I couldn’t get working was the towel warmer.

Location Everything else. Rude staff, no breakfast, moved in middle of my stay. Didn’t allow anyone to visit. Treated the police if I had friends over. Horrible experience couldn’t wait to be gone. Loud long night. Don’t stay here

The location were amazing and the staff were really responsive to requests
-
The close proximity to points of interest.

The staff was very nice and the closet space was great for staying multiple days to unpack a bit! Overall it was a pleasant stay and in a great location. Great hair dryer!! And a large safe, which was really nice. The rooms were very dry, and we felt like in comparison, we had better experiences at equally priced locations, including one a block away.

This is a great hotel! I highly recommend. I requested a quiet room and they obliged— and it was quiet! Staff are very kind and responsive and professional.
-
They were very well organized considering that most of the communications was online. Very smooth and stress free.
-
No complimentary water and the towels not changed unless you stayed for 3 days.

Kate is very helpful, she always communicated professionally and promptly None

Fabulous large room with huge bathroom. Very clean. Beautiful wooden beam ceiling with exposed brick work lent the room a warm cosy feeling. Man on reception was super friendly. The location was exceptional, right next to the Uffizi. Astonishing value for money. Nothing, all was perfect.

Excellent property in a terrific location. Minutes from the river, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants and the Uffizi gallery. Lovely building and beautiful room that was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again! The bed was a bit too firm for my taste but other may love it.

While the accommodation is near the SMN station, it becomes a different story when you have large suitcases. It is difficult to avoid the cobbled stones. That being said, I think this accommodation is value for money, so it wasn't a difficult decision to get a taxi when leaving. It's about 20 euros, and the lovely staff helped us call for one. You might want to account for that extra cost when researching for hotels in Florence!

The location was incredible, the room was clean, felt very secure and I loved the energy conservation measures If I had to pick one thing- the white headboard of the bed blended into the color of the pillow a little too well- I found out the hard way!

The location was fantastic. And Kate was an amazing host and helped us so much during our stay. The room was also very clean. Nothing comes to mind. This is a simple hotel with an excellent location.
-
So central- near the Ponte Vechio and Ufizi. We walked to the Piazzale Michelangelo and then did all of the central Duomo, markets on the side we were staying on. Right by a really great sandwhich shop! Nothing- just avoid bringing a car into Florence we learned the hard way, parking is a bit of a nuisance.

Clean and bright and comfortable! Great location just around the corner from the Uffizi gallery. Staff was on site in afternoon hours for check in and available by message other hours. (And always responded promptly.) The building is several hundred years old but was fully modernized, clean and new-feeling. They did a great job of modernizing the building for comfort but leaving some original architectural features exposed to give that feel of the history. Staff offered a great list of local recommendations as well. And the small elevator was definitely welcome! The street was quiet during the day but a little noisy at night. The staff had thoughtfully included earplugs in the amenities, but we didn't actually use them. (It wasn't THAT bad.)
