The room was nice and spacious, with the bedroom in the loft. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. They left me a really nice t-shirt, chocolates, and plenty of water and wine during my stay. The staff was exceptional - front desk, breakfast, bar, and housekeeping. The breakfast room is very pretty and there were plenty of choices. The rooftop bar has a bonus view. Best of all, the perfect location. It may have just been the room I was in, but it was really dark. There was a very large window but outside was an alley and scaffolding. I really find sunlight important in any place I stay. That being said, perhaps they have better choices with an upgrade. The furniture is a bit old and worn. But I would definitely look into staying again if I could have a brighter room.

The location, the service, the building; you are in the center without feeling like a tourist. Minor things that can be improved: the electrical panel in the room was quite noisy; breakfast is good but could be a bit more varied.

Very nice building with old charm. The breakfast room, breakfast, and service were outstanding. Next to river and few steps from Ponte Vecchio. Shower was very small (although bathroom itself is large).
