Balcony Tiny bathroom

The property was updated, clean and incredibly convenient to everything most travelers want to do in Florence. We had a view of the river and Ponte Vecchio. Expect music from the bridge at night. Earplugs helped when going to sleep before midnight. We enjoyed the music around sunset.

Balcony was small but nice. Location was great. Very small, much smaller the photos made it seem, and no room to place anything really. Bathroom was terrible and toilet made a horrible groaning sound anytime you used any water, sink or shower. For the price, I expected more.

The location was very good, but could get a little loud late night. Staff was readily available. Room was clean and serviced regularly. The bathroom was very small.

Good location

Location could not have been better. On the river, 75 yards from Ponte Vecchia but on the second floor with wonder balcony and river view. Bathroom was a little small but worked fine for us

Nothing, it was all wonderful

The staff was great with their communication during the check-in process. They were very friendly and assisted with our taxi when checking out. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. Coffee and tea were available in the room for guests. The location was great and the street noise was minimal. I am a light sleeper, so that is important. Based on the photos, I expected better views. And the decor and paint in the room were tired. It needed refreshing.

The location was great! The staff were excellent and answered any questions I had via WhatsApp. The room was a good size. I knowingly selected a room that had inner courtyard view and they reached out to make sure I understood that so that there was no confusion. I appreciated their extra effort. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location on the river. Very small room but was clean.

Nico was very helpful. Room had a beautiful view and great location. Table was not very stable .

Centrally located. Well appointed with a small kitchen. I so wish everything wasn't so scented. While spotlessly and newly cleaned i could barely breathe once inside with heavily perfumed cleaning products and sheets.

Location 10/10! Very welcoming staff. They do provide lockers to store your luggage. They allowed me in my room early - very nice! My room was an old, inside room, without a view (I was informed when I booked)

Location location location

The location was right next to the uffizi and Pontevecchio and it had a cute little balcony. There was a distinct smell in the entry that bothered my sense of smell. We couldn’t get the overhead fan to work. But other than that it was a pleasant stay

Balcony sunset by the Pontevecchio was beautiful, as well as walkability to the Duomo and David Statue.

Location and very good staff Maybe coffee would’ve been free. Not from the machine with money.

location is great but the room is so bad in terms of standarts I will never go or recommend there ever again. I can relate the building are very old and I enjoy that but the lack of a decent bathroom is unacceptable. water and pressure was nice but very small shower, a caffe machine in the room would be a nice start. a decent bathroom is a must. a level bed would be also great. also 3 corridors to bedroom after the rooms door.!! half of the room is corridors.(hallways)!!! it is an a-MAZE-ing room.

Overall, really good experience
