Amazing location, but tucked away in smaller square that was very quiet. Yet it was two blocks from Florence Center where all the action is. Property was very accommodating and very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Love them!

Location is perfectly central in the city. Room was surprisingly spacious and clean with a view down the small street below. Hotel has an elevator so that was very helpful for luggage. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay and were delighted that free sodas and water bottles in the fridge were restocked every day, that saved us from hot sunny days. To top it off, there was a complimentary bottle of red wine for us on the table. During our 2 weeks in Italy, this was the best hotel we stayed in.

Centrally located Room was small, hallway smelled like onions, shower drain didn’t work properly, very hot and had to keep window open during the night

Location was great - most major places of interest were within walking distance, tons of food options, stores, you name it. The property is just inside a tiny street, so the noise level is bearable. The room was just enough in size to feel not cramped, daily refreshment of drinking water was a nice touch. Only one thing - there was a strange sulphury aroma in the room that was felt whenever we came in from the outside.

I liked the location The room and bathroom had hair on the floor, sheets desk, and all over the shower. There was dust on the remotes, desk, and TV. Thankfully we brought our own cleaning stuff to clean to our liking. The sheets were gross we bought our own

The elevator can be a bit of challenge but i suppose that's true for most old buildings in europe.

Convenient location, hard to find at first but very close to everything in florence. Loved that

Quiet and clean Nothing

Staff very friendly. They also were able to get me a reservation at a restaurant that I could not a reservation with. They gave me other good recommendations for restaurants. TV and internet cuts in and out a bit

Very well located, clean bed and shower.

They were cleaning the rooms daily and serves water bottles for free. We enjoyed our stay, the receptionist was very helpful, lovely.

Exceptional

The place was very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect - right in the centre, but on a quiet piazza. A great place to stay during your visit in Florence. There are many mosquitos because the apartment is near the river. Maybe a mosquito net on the window will be a good idea.

decent size room and bathroom. Location is 10/10. hair in the shower not a pleasant site. the room smell of sewage and thus lowering the value.
