Close to the train station and places to eat. Also close to where we needed to catch our tours. Because it was close to the train station, the neighborhood was a little sketchy and run down, but overall it was okay.

Bathroom is too small. Breakfast isn’t very good.

Staff was very friendly, the location was good because I wanted to be near shopping and the train station. The breakfast was great. The bathroom was exceptionally hot and the only way to cool it was opening the door. But if you close the door it gets very hot really quickly.

AC is bad and had very bad smell

Location. Easy 6 min walk from train station. Air conditioning worked very well. Internet access good. Although located in a busy area, rooms were quiet for night time sleeping. We rented 5 rooms for a group family of 12. Place was perfect for what we needed. Soap bars for guests very tiny. Like most hotel rooms in Europe, the double room was small so not much space to store luggage.

The water pressure was outstanding; which is good for someone after many hours of walking those old streets. The location is very good as far as its location to the train station and other historical sites. The staff were very pleasant. I didn't sleep well in this bed. I woke up last night and thought, "this is how it feels sleeping in a prison "bed" " The pillows were not comfortable eitherI didn't sleep well in this bed. It is very close to the cathedral.

I like the location, just a few minutes walk to the train station. One night, there was a leak from the ceiling

The location I booked a room and they gave me a different room and they said it doesn’t have too much in the photos although I have booked a twin bed and they give me a single bed and then I had to upgrade and pay myself €50 to get a different room

Good location next to the train station. The AC in the room was very poor. The remote control seemed to be broken(it had tape wrapped around it) and the wall control had no effect. The lady running the breakfast room was not too friendly. There were limited options available.

Location. Close to attractions

Very spacious room, we had the triple room and the bathroom we were very impressed on the cleanliness of everything. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot after check out. Location was perfect and close to the city center and train.

This hotel is just lovely. Situated within a stone’s throw of the Santa Maria Train station it is ideally suited for travelers coming in and out of the city by train. It has an elevator for guests so no nasty stairs. Guests are given a key and security fob to use for entering and leaving the building so it’s a super safe facility. The room was big enough for a two night stay. It’s beautifully appointed, clean and the air conditioning works very well in the Florence heat. Breakfast is included and was a good spread of food aimed to please everyone. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be close to everything the beautiful city of Florence has to offer. Nothing, we thought it was great!

It was easily accessible from the train station and in a safe space with lots of foot traffic but not noisy. The staff were AMAZING and so helpful, they even let us keep our bags there after checking out because we had an early checkout and a late train home. Room was nice and cool but not cold, and the bathroom was very nice. Would absolutely stay there again. The breakfast provided was good but limited, and didn’t start at 7 am like they said it would. The location is a little hard to find but easy to remember once you see it!
