Clean and convenient. People working there were kind and helpful. Ideal location if travelling by train and to catch local bus to sites, including Michelangelo piazza. Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

Terrible value for money.Way overpriced got absolutely nothing other than a bed .Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to stay there. They did not even have a map of the area . Had to ask for the instant pack of coffee for the room each day. Would not stay there again.

The room was very clean and spacious. It looked a bit old, but it offered good value for the price.

This hotel is located just feet from the Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Tram to the airport. The quad room was huge and comfortable, and the staff were lovely! A great stay! The pillows on the beds really need to be replaced as they are as thin as pancakes.

Location was great Lot of dust all around in the room. It was so noisy from some works that start early in the morning, and the walls of the room seem to be made of paper, when someone coughs in the room next to you, you can hear it as if they are in the room with you.

close to train station and supermarket, elevator to go up to 3rd floor, host was very nice, a/c worked well, good shower we didn’t see the area for breakfast so we didn’t think it was provided.

Newly renovated hotel in the centre of Florence. Beautiful rooms, maybe a bit small for a couple with 2 suitcases. The rooms are on the 5th floor and the lift is very small.

It was a room with a big area. It is 5 minutes away on foot from the train station. The room was excellent cleaned up every day. It is 15 min away on foot from the Palazzo Vecchio.

Close to attractions, lovely big rooms. Good value for money. Breakfast was extra and was only a small buffet to take back to room. Could have been free as it was so basic. Also hotel name not on building so was hard to find.

Location is good, close to several touristic places, restaurants, train station. Mold on the walls, noise during the night.

The room needs to be updated. The furniture is chipped and everything looks very old. It was very clean however

The main area of the hotel was a mess. It is an odd set up with several small hotels and an external elevator/courtyard. If we didn't arrive mid-day, we'd have no idea where to go or how to get to where we needed to for our room (different floor)

This is a two star hotel at the location there are 5 hotels in one building this hotel is on the second floor I guess each hotel has a floor I wish the reviews had stated
