It was close to everything we needed. The people were so friendly and helpful. The first morning we went out for breakfast we didn’t know how to get out of the front door! No one told us you only have to push the red button! I am claustrophobic and started to panic.

Convenient to both the historic district and train station. There is a small but usable elevator for second floor entry. Everything was fine

Guido was excellent. Really helpful with everything we needed. Room was comfortable. Good location 10 min walk from station. On busy road but windows very good at blocking out noise. Bed comfortable. Shower room a little dated and small shower cubicle, but very serviceable. Kettle and fridge in room. Our room was right next to reception, so some noise when people where coming and going, so maybe ask for a room in the other part of the floor.

Location is great, beds comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Only thing I would suggest to fix is the bathroom, water from the shower ends up on the bathroom floor somehow and causes the baseboards to swell.

Conveniently located near the train station as well as all of the sightseeing that we wanted to do. Nothing that comes to mind

Not as close to train station as advertised. Refrigerator did not work. AC worked at first but did not work our last night. Host offered to have us move to a new room, but we declined. Wish compensation would have been offers instead.
