Location. Almost Everything was nearby. Very small. Especially the bathroom/shower area. Maybe an extra hook behind the bathroom door to hang dry towels?

Rom is great ?

The breakfast which was in the cafeteria on the other side was pretty disappointing. One very small omelette that you eat in 2 bites. A "mini sandwich" that is like half a toast that you eat with one bite. A juice and a coffee.

Next to train station easy walk to town Air conditioning did not work

Excellent location near the train station. 25 minutes via tram to the FLR airport. Check in and check out were seamless and straight forward. Room was exactly as pictured. Very friendly staff. Would recommend!

Awasome room and you can closed the windows to make your room dark 100%

The room was clean and spacious! We appreciated the extra lounge chair and makeup table for getting ready. There was cold tap water in the fridge!! The location is great because it’s a short walk from the terminal station, it was easy to roll luggages from train station to Airbnb. I was also contacted on WhatsApp to see if I was ready for check in earlier, I found that to be a nice service gesture. There is a very small lift that fits 1 person and a large luggage. There’s 3 steps to get to the lift and into the building, this might be an issue for someone who’s not mobile, but it was not an issue with us. We went in December where the temperature dropped to 6-8 degrees at night and the room got cold, we weren’t able to adjust the temperature up but had to add a sweater on. It was slightly uncomfortable but a minor inconvenience(we didn’t want to bother staff about it either)

Proximity to train stations and walking distance to San Lorenzo and Duomo. Toilet is a little small so may not be good if one is big size.

The location is great — clean and close to all the main attractions. It’s perfect for long walks and shopping. For me, the host was wonderful; she has great customer service and was very helpful.

Location is perfect. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. We are very happy from our stay. If I come back again, I will choose again and again this property.

Beautiful room with a great location. Staff was on hand to greet us when we arrived, reviewing to hotel procedures and helping us with the elevator. The breakfast at the cafe across the street was very limited and not very appealing and when asked if I could have two cups of coffee instead of the orange juice, they said no.

Right next to the train station. Clean. Only good for a night to crash. Your could hear every noise coming from inside and outside the hotel. Very hard to sleep.

Staff welcomed us well. Room was enough and clean. Location is great just near the train station. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious.

Location was superb Bathroom very small, construction work going on all night in restaurant below!

Really big and clean room, has a small elevator for luggage. Easy and clear self check in after the check in hours. The staff was great letting us keep our luggage after the check out. Beautiful balcony and great location in the city center The room was a bit stuffy
