Alejandra, the manager is super kind and helpful! She goes the extra mile and makes you feel like at a friend's house! And the hotel has a great A/C in the whole facilities which is a 10/10 Nothing to complain about!

The location is excellent, a short walk to the main train station, the Duomo, the river, and most of Florence's main attractions. The area is vibrant with cafes, restaurants, markets, and shops.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—especially Ale, who was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with genuine warmth and took the time to provide us with a map filled with her favorite local recommendations, which made exploring the area so much easier. Her hospitality really set the tone for our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The flat was the perfect base for our trip to Florence. The location is brilliant, and the room was impeccably clean and fully equipped with excellent facilities. Ale is a fantastic host—so kind, detailed-oriented, and genuinely helpful. 5 days and 4 nights in this beautiful city were definitely not enough. We will absolutely choose to stay here again when we return.
