Excellent all around All Great

The location is excellent, close to everything but not in the middle of the tourist crowds. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! All was good.

Great location

Great location on ZTL border with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tourist destinations. Stayed in newer remodeled wing across street from reception - room was modern and very spacious and quiet. Breakfast had good selection to offer and spacious seating always available. Staff was professional, knowledgable, and helpful. We enjoyed the ongoing interaction with James at the front desk, who also turns around to become the bartender for guests. He was professional, while also friendly and personal - he made our experience more memorable.

Breakfast was amazing and in a beautiful setting. Full range self serve coffee machine. Can't think of anything that was a disappointment. Perhaps more English channels on the TV.

Situated close to attractions and conveniently close to the train station, on a quiet street. It was the right choice in every respect. The breakfast was not very varied, but the food was fresh and the coffee was good quality.

Location is excellent for walking to most attractions, and a short walk from the train station. Fairly quiet side street. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially James at the front desk. Needs some updating.

The staff was outstanding. The room was excellent. The location was hard to beat, it was so centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The staff accommodated all over our special needs and was always there to help. Breakfast had a great variety of food and types of coffee. Paolo was especially helpful. The room was well appointed, and the staff kept the room, clean and tidy. The bed sagged
