The bed was a bit hard for my taste. Other than that, would have been a 10 for value

Unfortunately, my son was bitten on the face and neck, possibly by a spider. Initially, we thought the bites were from mosquitoes, but on the second night we found a large spider on his face and noticed a couple of other insects in the room. He was quite uncomfortable for the remainder of our trip. It may be worthwhile to have the room inspected by pest control to help ensure it is free of pests and comfortable for future guests.

The room was spacious and clean. The view of the city from the rooftop is fantastic. It's in a great location, only 10 min away from the station.

Anna-Maria was at the property in person (unusual in this digital age), welcomed us with coffee and drinks, and made sure we knew where to find good dining and navigate the city. She went out of her way to walk us the next morning (very early too) , to where a tour was supposed to meet nearby, (where I would have never found this place) , then the the tour driver was a no show :(.. and then, she called this tour driver and asked him why he did this! Most amazing host ever! B and Bs are all becoming code or automated. I I wished all B&Bs had host like this one, an actual warm and caring human being !

The host Anna Maria was wonderful. Very responsive from the time we made the booking to the time we left. She helped in other ways to make our stay comfortable (helping with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, could watch French open with her help, communicate with the airport for our delayed baggage etc). The place was clean, room was large for our party of 3, the bathroom well appointed, centrally located, we could walk to most places. Also coffee, biscotti and sparkling water/still water at all times (other places we stayed at did not provide this). Nothing to dislike. If you have accessibility issues, then it would be tough to reach the place, the elevator may not be able to accommodate a wheel chair. It is an apartment, not a hotel, so there will be things that feel different. But the room service was several times better than the other places we stayed at in Italy (that's really a positive).

Very charming & well-decorated interior, spacious rooms, & excellent host. Anna Maria made me feel very comfortable during my introduction to florence and provided extremely detailed recommendations. Her presence & guidance allowed me to feel well-connected to the city. The city is a 20-25 minute walk from all the main sites in Florence (the right amount). Highly recommend. nothing

Coffee, tea supplies in room and in the central hall I'm an art history lover, so was delighted to have a wonderful conversation with the owner about Florence's history Nothing! Was perfect for me

Nothing! All was perfect

I love that it was close to all of the sights I wanted to see without being in the middle of it. Anna Maria was so lovely and took the time to mark down some of the best spots to eat/drink for every occasion. I also greatly appreciated being able to leave my bag even after I checked out so that I didn't have to drag it around with me. The room, bathroom and common areas were all clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know traveling to Florence.

Very close to train station! Big beautiful room with private bath. We were welcomed and given so many amazing tips on how to experience Florence. Nothing!

Very spacious, bright room. The location close to the heart of Florence. The host was very, very helpful. Good coffee readily available along with cookies and special liquor. Very interesting artistic place. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom was not in the bedroom, but across the hall. Shower was fancy, but too small.

The location is close to the train station. We chose the junior suite, which requires walking up a number of stairs. Let me say, the view is absolutely worth every step. Stunning day and night. Windows around most of the room with room darkening curtains. It can get warm in the room from the sun, happily there is air conditioning and it works well. There is a fridge in the room to store groceries.

Great location, great price, AnnaMaria was lovely, knowledgeable and so helpful! Limited hot water.

Everything! Nice spacious room, quaint decor, close to train station. Awesome host! No complaints!

This might be one of the most spectacular places we have ever stayed. The views from our rooftop room gave us a 360° of this beautiful city. The room was lovely and well appointed. Our host, Anne Marie, was so sweet and helpful. We will never look further for a hotel in Florence. Nothing. It was perfect.

The view from the top room is the absolute BEST!! The balcony is large and the entire room was clean and unique with 360° views. Private toilet and box shower in room were terrific. Anna Marie went above and beyond to help with recommendations and providing before bed treats. Centrally located near train and the best tours. Be ready for 52 steps of marble stairs. It’s an adventure!

Amazing view from the jr suite room with awesome private balcony. Strong AC unit. Comfy bed. ou’re in your own little tower with a view of Literally the entire city. Little not to like. One thing of note is that it is a lot of stairs to the jr suite room, but we knew this ahead of time so it was fine. The private room with amazing balcony is worth it.
