The host Matthia was very attentive and gave lots of recommendations of places to visit and eat. Additionally, the breakfast was beautiful with lots of options for everyone. The room was cleaned to a really high standard everyday which made it lovely when we came back from a long day of sight seeing. The location was also exceptional, you are a 2 minute walk from the main square and so many amenities (including a Carrefour) are right below the room (this didn't impact our sleep though as the room is well sound proofed!). Thank you for a wonderful stay! Not a downside but if you have lots of luggage then be aware you are going up 2 flights of stairs before you reach the B&B.

Mattia and Noemi were amazing, always offering advice for Florence! The location of the B&B is perfect. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good. WiFi and air-con were great. Our only suggestion was a full length mirror in the room!

Mattia and Noemi are the very best kind of humans. Exceptionally helpful, very caring and the accommodation reflects as such. If you are coming to Florence just stay here. The location is perfectly central to attractions, quiet in the night, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The vibe really gives a home away from home.

We loved this property, the location was so good, right in the middle of the city, Easy 15 mins walk from the train station , So clean, fabulous breakfast’ good air condition, our host Mattia , was there on arrival to welcome us. ,! The staff where exceptional , Could not fault this property!!

The property is in a perfect location in the heart of Firenze giving easy access to all the beautiful attractions. Mattia and Noemi are the most amazing and lovely hosts making you feel really welcome. They also take time to make excellent recommendations while you are visiting and nothing seems too much trouble for them. Absolutely wonderful people. The B&B is beautifully equipped and the breakfast is a fantastic way to start the day. I would fully recommend this B&B if you are visiting Firenze. Nothing

Great location Very clean rooms Mattia was a great host. He gave us a lot of great recommendations The AC was a bit loud and didn’t make enough cold in the room, but I must admit we got there in a very hot weather. During the night, we’ve opened the windows and it was ok.

without AC, It was impossible to breathe in the room during the summer heat. Opening window was useless, as It was +30 degrees outside. However, the AC was positioned so that It blew air directly onto the bed, risking a stiff back and causing major discomfort throughout the stay.

It was an amazing location and so charming! The owner was kind and welcoming and gave us a free bottle of wine!

The location was so convenient, close to all tourist and places of interest. The AC and bed in general were comfortable. Also staff was friendly and helpful providing recommendations about best places to visit in Florence. Breakfast was a bit simple though but enough to start the day The AC unit was a bit noisy but otherwise all good

It would be better if they had a security box in the room, that's the only thing.
