Plain clean great for what we needed

The staff is really nice. Convenient

The location is pretty good, it has free private parking and the bus station to city is near. Room was clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Breakfast could be better.

The radiator wasn't working in the room, was working in the bathroom though. So we had to switch on the conditioner on the heat. There was no mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was included, but I wouldn't call it breakfast, almost nothing was there to eat, just some yogurt, bread and butter, you had to order coffee, egg or toast, whatever they had that morning. That was all for breakfast. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay, we stayed 2 nights, I believe they are cleaning and changing sheets every two days ??‍♀️

Great stay

Perfect for an overnight stay! We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The property allowed us to leave our vehicle while we explored the city for the afternoon after we checked out. Everything was great!

Very good location for an affordable price. Huge yard, parking, good Wi-Fi. Good bus connection to the center. We will definetely come back when we visit Florence again.

This place was fantastic for a quick stay! We wanted to see Florence but had a car and didn’t want to drive in the city. This amazing place was in a great location with parking, and the staff was fantastic! Took great care of us right from the start and was so friendly. We Highly recommend it!

It was clean and remote. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we understood where to go. The property is beautiful and is in a very quiet area. The rooms were very clean. The busline wasn’t far and we had no problem getting to town. I would return if given the chance.

Would have liked to be a bit closer to town for a shorter walk. The walk was about 45 mins.

The host was very welcoming and attentive to our needs The bedroom was fully equipped and pleasant for sleeping The bathroom was very clean The breakfast was equipped with all the foods we enjoy eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit, cake, croissant bread tea, milk juice and water The location was ideal to park the car for the two days we were there and for walking to dinner a 45 minute walk to all the city attractions we wanted to see How welcoming and comfortable the site had to offer

Pieceful location, huge garden, easy parking, large room and bathroom. The shower is rather small especially compared to the large size of the bathroom. Could easily rebuild the shower to a classy 140*90 walk in shower. Space is enough. Then it would be 5 stars overall.
