Firenze inn 21 Florence

The location was close to the central station and the beds were comfortable The staff was the most unprofessional I've seen yet dude told me to shut up it wasn't their problem I couldn't find the hotel when it has no sign all the lights are off in the lobby at night so it looks like a private bulding instead of a hotel and it has a different name on Google maps they also lied about having air conditioning so I had to leave the balcony door open and the mosquitoes eat me up it and had 2 massive roaches living in the bathroom so I had to watch were i step but other than that it was a pretty good place

Location and easy check-in Could’ve been a bit cleaner. It was hard to find.

Very small but okay. Thought they should have a couple of chairs and tables outside like the neighboring hotel so you can eat there if you didn't eat at a restaurant.

The location is very central. Florence has great public transportation and is really small. The room was very large and more than comfortable for 4 people to stay. I was shocked by how big it was. The woman at the front desk is incredibly nice and an amazing communicator! The walls are thin, but that's to be expected. The man who answers the phone for the inn is blunt and rude. We called because we got locked out, he chastised us and exclaimed "Mamma Mia!" before hanging up on us. At first, I felt bad because we inconvenienced him so greatly, until he buzzed us in on his phone two seconds later without even having to move. There are hidden fees for having people not listed on the booking.

Location was good. Very close to the station. Could have been easier to find the entrance when first arriving. Is quite noisy due the the trams running past most of the night. For the cost, I would somehow expect a little more.

Great location and accessibility to the city. Comfortable room with enough amenities and wonderful staff. The owner was very quick in answering questions through the app.

Very close to Firenze SMN station. Secure building. Very helpful staff Although a private bathroom, the basin was very small and the space was quite small also.

I liked everything Mirror above the wash basin is too low We can't wash our face or brush your teeth there. Fix the mirror thing

I had read some comments here that made me very skeptical before going. But I’m so glad I didn’t change my mind. This place is truly not luxurious, but it’s super comfortable. We found the room warm, extremely clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—just a 4-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The girl who welcomed us was very polite and helpful. The responses to my messages were quick for anything I asked. Everything was perfect. Now I know where I’ll stay every time I’m in Florence. Nothing.
