The location was good. In the city closes to the train station even though the we did not use the trains. The staff were very good. Quite pleasabt and helpful. Value for money. It was just one room with 3 samall beds.Room was small, bathroom was small and should not be more than $160 per night and I paid close to $300/might. There was no breakfast option. For $300/night I expected a nice suite. Veri disappointed. For an extra noght I stayed across in Lilium. That as Euros 160 and that was acceptable. I expect everything to be expensive but $300 per night for one room is unaccptable. Booking.com should not recommend these. I want at least 50% of what I paid for 5 nights back. Again, staff were very good, room cleaned every day but too much money for a samll room when all hotels near by had much cheaper, yet exactly the same kind of room. Very disappointed from the price point of view.

Had a great stay! Loved the classic European/Italian look and design. Very classy. A/C was more than adequate and kept us cold even during this historic heat wave. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, impeccably clean, shower room was amazing. We really loved this place so much, we hated to leave. We’d love to come back again. An oasis in the city. There’s nothing we don’t like. 10/10.

It’s beautifully renovated. Comfortable and friendly staff. Close to train and city center. Air conditioning was great. Highly recommend.

I really loved how convenient and accessible this hotel is. It's less than 10 minutes from the main train station and within walk to the main attractions that Florence has to offer. I also have to say that the staff was super nice and very attentive. Eva allowed us to leave our luggage in the storage room since we arrived early, which it's typically uncommon nowadays. She even allowed us to leave the luggage stored after check out. If you are looking for something reasonable, clean with excellent staff then you must give this place a chance. Everything was great❤️
