The room was tiny, but the bed was comfortable, the lighting was good and in addition to the bed and a small table with a chair and hot pot had a nice large armoire and a sink. Since the bathroom was at the end of the hall, this was handy. Also some fun restaurants in the hood and great access to bus and tram services. A very short walk (through the Central Market) to the Duomo and easy to walk to the Oltrarno and Via Tornabuoni where all the high end shops are clustered. Finally, it's really close to Sta. Maria Novella church, which is beautiful and I happened on a lovely artist fair going on right outside! Well, I knew there was no bathroom in the room, but I didn't realize it was at the end of the hallway past all the other rooms. Luckily, I never saw anyone on my way to and from (there was a light that came on at the door for night visits) taking a shower! Also, because it was really close to the train station, there was once a street person passed out across the street. A bit disconcerting. I got over it (I'm from New Jersey) and because it was me alone with luggage, I appreciated the proximity to the train station.

Too many keys to enter. Tiny building lift/elevator.

Good location, good AC

Clean, close to the Duomo and lots of restaurants. If you plan to leave Florence by train, (as were our plans) the station is literally 75 yards (around the corner). Couldn’t hear any train noise. Not the B&B’s fault, my husband couldn’t figure out the elevator and got himself stuck mid-floor. After he was saved by Fahid, we used the stairs (four flights). Be careful to follow the instructions. ?

Only the young men at the reception. Mattress were full of stain and dirty. Shower large amount of mole in the shower ceiling and on the shower floor. Window of the outside deck was badly broken.

Staff were excellent and helpful! The room is a little small.
-
Location, very near the station Couldn’t find the tv remote, spent lot of time looking for it but no luck.. but not a big issue.

No one u could speak to at the premises Also due to construction nearby the noise and smell was not very good
-
Noisy, between electric doors opening and neighborhood sounds. Bathroom could use updating/deep clean.

Very cozy room. Very easy and clear instructions for self check-in. Bathoom is clean. There is a coffee machine in the living area outside the room. You are allowed to leave your bags in the appartment after your stay if you want to wander around for sometime before you travel. The best thing is it very close location to the train station. They left us nice small gifrs in the room ??? The small sized elevator.

Nice room, excellent location, every day cleaning, very nice staff. All Florence landmarks are in walking distance. Special thanks to Farid for keeping the room clean. A fridge and coffee machine are offered. We didn’t apply for breakfast, but we bought food in “Conad city” supermarket that located closed to the hotel.

Checkin process was took some attention, but that was my fault. I assumed I'd be walking into a lobby and checking in with the front desk. I didn't realize I had instructions sent to me for a self-checkin. Once I read that it was smooth

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Very close to the train station. This is something that is out of the control of the owner but the sidewalk leading to the property was very dirty and smelled like a location where people frequently urinated.

The location is very close to the train station and is not off a busy street so there was not road noise. The cost was good compared to other properties in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was supposed to be WiFi but there was a note upon arrival that it was not working. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else as I was not going to get my SIM card until the next day and therefore had no signal which made communication difficult. There is some kind of construction going on in the interior courtyard with noise that ended at 9:30pm and began again at 7am… The walls/door is not very thick so I could imagine if other guests were loud it would not make for a good stay. These were not dealbreakers, the hotel was fine and I would consider staying here again. Just things that people should be aware of.

The person who received us was very gentle and helpful. The bed was not really that comfortable and they had problems with the internet :(

The room was clean, air-conditioned and staff was friendly as well for letting us check-in early. We also appreciated breakfast, it was just what we needed!

It was a great stay in the heart of Florence! Rooms were clean and the staff was great.

I liked staff, facilities and location… I didn’t like breakfast, because it was sweet breakfast, and I need my proteins with some cheese eggs and veggies. I didn’t like the noise in the morning.
