The hotel does offer drinkable water, but the water station is a bit hidden away and was a tad confusing to find - it's on the first floor down a corridor you wouldn't know is there unless someone specifically points it out to you, haha. In addition, the AC in one of the two rooms we stayed in would stop working properly and would struggle to keep a cool temperature.

Staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Always available for questions. The laundry service was great! Rooms were clean and were maintained clean every day. No complaints. Sauna was fantastic! Close walk to all of the best spots

It was a well run hotel and the staff were great. It has a lovely cosy feel and very well kept, spotless. It is very close to the train station, which makes it an easy walk with luggage. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you were travelling by train. Nothing

The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The location is perfect; right by the Oldest Pharmacy, the train station, not too far from the Dome, and is nearby great restaurants, bars, and gelato shops. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, bright, and very clean. Nothing was ever wrong, our stay came out perfectly.

This hotel was in a fabulous location, it was very clean and lovely, with a lovely garden area to sit and have a drink at the end of the day at the bar. What stood out the most was the private spa area that you could book, it was great to relax and unwind after a hectic day walking around Florence. The breakfast was lovely and so were all the staff. Due to no fault of the Hotel we were woken up by other guests in the early hours of the morning, fighting and screaming in the corridor, and they contined in their room.

Spa was a wonderful experience and a great way to relax after a long day.

Room was nice, clean. Elevator which was a plus. Never checked out the gym/spa.

Breakfast was nice, staff was friendly and efficient. Room cleaning was great. Private spa was nice. Having to refill the water ourselves. That should be part of room cleaning service. No additional drinks offered in fridge. Room was kind of small. Room service should be no extra charge.

Near to the train station and easy to get to from the attractions. It was clean, and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were old and needs to be painted and updated. Main toilet downstairs needs to be filled with toilet paper.

Very good breakfast and very good location. Liked the addition of the sauna in the room We were freezing the first day and a half because they didn’t know how to adjust the AC. Someone came in the third day and showed us and then it was perfect The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable The room didn’t have a window towards the outside but towards some kind of interior space

Wonderful stay in Florence with a perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, and exceptionally warm staff — especially Sepideh, who went above and beyond with fantastic local tips for sightseeing and dining It was an exceptional stay with absolutely nothing to criticize.
