Convenient location. Workers pleasant. Rooms clean and bright. Staff kept room organized. Front desk friendly and helpful. Lively but quaint. Elevator is cool. Rooftop was nice. Breakfast was good. If room is on the street side, a little noisy if the window is open but nothing too bad just quick bikes passing by

Friendly staff if you want to leave your bags. Awesome roof terrace. The old school elevator was questionable at first but turned out ok. Room not sound proof.

The room was very comfortable and the balcony was a nice bonus. The roof terrace was lovely. The breakfast was nicer than others we had on this trip. The street was a little dirty but not that different than other parts of Florence.

Just a few minutes from the main train station, the hotel is in a good location with eateries nearby and the main sights about 15min - 25 min walk. After being buzzed in, the reception on the 3rd floor provided a warm, safe and friendly welcome from Sana. The hotel and its rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and modern, with a roof terrace for all to enjoy. Nice views of Florence from the top. The staff are multilingual and most helpful. The continental breakfast buffet has something for everyone.

Great location, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Tight quarters for our family of 5 but doable for a few nights.

Breakfast has a lot of selection. Food is superb. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Facility is clean. Comfortable place. Highly recommended. Everything works well with us. The only downside is there’s a few steps before the elevator. If you have big luggages , this gonna be a hurdle for you carry upstairs.
