There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggages if you're staying on the upper floors.

The hotel's address in relation to the train station is amazing. There was a slight smell to the room that was mildew-like and likely is what aggravated my allergies. There was also water on the floor of the restroom when I arrived and some strange step-like protrusion from the wall that needed painting.

The AC turns off when I turn it on. This seemed like a problem to me. Even though the temperature wasn't right, it would still turn off.

The price initially drove me here, just needing something small and quick on a late notice. It far exceeded my expectations. Quiet comfy room with everything needed. Price was just a bonus N/a

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Andrea the concierge was very nice giving me information for places to visit. The time from 1:00Pm to 4:00pm was not good because I arrived and was not able to leave my carryon inside the hotel and then check in later, the hotel was completely closed. The television has only one channel so I could not watch any program.

The room had some dust. But the really problem were the mosquitoes. There was many of them. You can ask them to bring mosquitoes killer but there were too much so it took time. The bathroom siphon were broken as well but they fixed it

Hello! I had a great experience there. The location is the best( it’s across the street from the train station Santa Maria Novella). The place is very clean and comfortable. The manager Andrea is very friendly and nice person. He helps you a lot with the flexibility to keep your luggage there in case you need it. The place is very organized to do the check in. In case you forgot something in the bedroom-they are very respectful and honest people. They keep it until you come back later to pick it up. I’m very grateful with this place and Andrea. Also, the blonde lady-I don’t know her name..is lovely! I highly recommend it. I will stay again if I come back to Florence. Thank you!!

The moment check in the room there was mosquitoes but don't worry if you use plug in mosquito killer which hotel supplies . We went out for about an hour when we were back they were gone. If you are on the ground floor near the road there might be a little bit noise

Clean and convenient location Totally minor thing but shower head was lifted too high for someone short to reach without assistance.

The room was small and serviceable, with comfy beds, high ceilings, excellent AC and a working refrigerator. The hotel is very near the train station, and there is a handy bus stop literally outside the door. There is no elevator and no balconies, and the view from the window is of a parking lot. The wifi was 'hit and miss, likely because of the lovely thick walls. The staff was very helpful in person with restaurant recommendations and also responded quickly to Whatsapp conversations to help us self check-in when our train arrived outside the usual check-in times. It was perfectly fine for our four nights of sightseeing in Florence.

Property was really close to the train station which was good but far from other activities. Price was really good for the value we got! Location and the door was sticky and hard to open.

Location was perfect for what we wanted to see in Florence. Since I'm American, would have loved regular coffee machine in room!!

Location Check in hours are reduced. Bad communication about check in by the staff. No elevator. Room reeked of smoke. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Thin paper walls and doors (noisy)

No A/C! Very hot! 6 Flights of stairs with luggage and groceries . Very noisy! Windows needed to be opened due to no A/C. No one to meet us, we arranged a time to meet in front of the apartment. (Not a hotel!)He forgot! Minimum toilet paper. No wifi

My favorite part of this hotel was the young lady at the front counter. She was the sweetest person we met during our entire stay in Italy in 4 different city's at multiple other hotels

My room in the second floor and no left with a lot of bags to carry, the hotel smells very weird. No facilities like lift and noisy
