Location, breakfast, beds everything was very nice. Alina is super friendly she even had some DF and GF options for breakfast, coffee was delicious, and allowed us to store our luggage a few hours after checkout. Nothing

The shower is very small and you have to shut off the ac every time you leave the room so when it’s very hot outside you have to come back to a hot room. The beds are comfy but the blankets are very thin just a bedsheet so when the ac does kick in and you wanna sleep with a blanket there is only the sheet and an extra quilt in the closet.

The staff was very kind! One of our group wasn’t feeling well and they let us have a late check in. Very walkable and fun area!

We did not try the breakfast. The staff was AMAZING so helpful!! It was loud.. not the staffs fault of course but the other guests were loud and you can hear everything thru the thin walls

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the train station and all the most of the sites. There were many restaurants nearby. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for a long day of sightseeing. There was a bit of an issue with my toilet running.

The location is excellent My room window faces the side street. The window is not sound proof. It was super noisy due to street vehicles, people chats at late night, trash collection trucks worked very early in the morning

This property was in the perfect location. It was close to the train station and was a great place to stay! We arrived at a time when the front desk was closed, but it was no problem - the instructions they sent to do a self check-in were very clear and it worked perfectly!

The location was awesome. It is right across the train station Santa Maria Novella. The building is clean and the room was small but clean. The bathroom was neat and clean and modern with plenty of hot water and towels. The window in the room can be opened to let in fresh air if the room gets hot. We did not need the air conditioning as the weather in April was pleasant. Number of casual eating places around including McDonald's and Burger King- for those needing no surprises for breakfast etc. There was a little misunderstanding about Breakfast not being on our reservations, while we thought we had that option. However the property was gracious enough to include it for us on the same invoice.

Front desk staff was amazing. Perfect location with great room. Great location, customer service and decor. I believe the front desk attendance’s name was Valentino. She was just amazing.

Close to the train station Too much noise and expensive for the condition.

Room needs small renovations, windows do not close tight and sometimes you can feel the air under the doors.

AMAIZING, very very good! good quality, variety and the cherry on the top, the smile and friendly Maria And Andrea :D I would recommend to put more attention of the way customers/tourists are received, taken care off and assisted. Is such a pity, that such a beautiful location, may not be that much appreciate it, for the lack of premium customer service, as a "Resort", specially a Wellness one, should have, embrace and pursue.

I thought this was a real hotel with a proper lobby. Perhaps the photos on line were misleading or maybe i just got confused. I don't like that Booking.com adds "or similar" when I say that I am specifically looking for a hotel. If I am searching a hotel, it is because I want a proper hotel for a specific reason. This is not a bad reflection of this property, just of the way the page is coded in Booking.com
