Excellent location and kind helpful staff who really took care of me. Heavy doors and keys all seemed over whelming until i became more comfortable with this security system. The young woman helped me with the safe procedure and keys and left me breakfast the next morning in a bag because i had an early flight. Many thanks for all of your help and kindness. Lovely hotel. Edeen Hill Tricky huge doors and old lift but got used to them.

The location is the best; it is close to everything you need. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the room is clean and perfect, and the terrace is wonderful.

Good location, easy walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful and kind, Excellent breakfast! The rooftop terrace was a joy - we could see the Duomo and hear the bells ringing. Toilet seat didn't fit quite right and slid when you sat down.

The breakfast was very good . The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station so location excellent for us ? The staff were very helpful and kind , friendly atmosphere . Roof top terrace lovely . Bathroom space quite small

Location, good breakfast Booked at Bijou but got rooms at Annabella. Both hotels are connected.Bijou is newer and upgraded rooms. Overall size of room-small.

Very nice boutique place. We were lucky to get room at the level where elevators went else hauling bags would not be fun up the narrow stairs. Ada seat on the potty was not installed properly and kept slipping.

We liked its location. It was around the corner from the Central train station, and it was easy to walk to all of the landmarks we wanted to see in the city. Nothing comes to mind about dislikes.
