Hotel Deco

kinda expensive i have to admit

Good location, close to the train and metro, easy walk to tourists spot. Room are too dark, shower are too small, there are no tea coffee provide.

The staff were so friendly, allowed us to leave our bags in the room for an extra hour while we were waiting for our train. Cleanliness, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom was not deep cleaned, floors dusty. Only 1 pillow each.

Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, bathroom shower heads were rusty and gross. They made me pay 20 euros for late check in after my flight was delayed.

The room was huge and also it is nicely presented, fresh sheets and there is an available lift service and also it is close to the shops. Nothing.

Bathroom was oddly configured and shower stall was a bit tight.

The hotel doesn't have a kitchen, hence there was no breakfast served. We requested the front desk staff to arrange an electrical kettle near the reception area so that the guests can fetch hot water to make tea or coffee in the room. The hotel doesn't have adequate number of electrical kettles to make hot water.

The room is nice and the staff is great

Location is awesome! The room is small the bathroom is even smaller. There was a spider in the bed. The wallpaper truly needs renovation and the room will serve to have better lights. The cleaning lady woke me up even with the sign in the door she knocked about 5 times and open the door. It was really annoyed. But the reception staff was super nice!

Great location. Easy walk from the main train station and to all the major tourist sites. Right in the heart of the city so there was shopping, restaurants, and other stores easily accessible. The room has a refrigerator, which is nice.. The shower is impossibly small. The bathroom itself is huge, but there is a tiny prefab shower shoved in the corner.. It was nice that the room has a refrigerator, but I was traveling with medications and needed to put some ice packs in a freezer for my departure travel day and the hotel does not have a freezer per the front desk. Common areas are very worn out.

Location location location! Very very convenient hotel. 6 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. Very centrally located. In the area you can find everything that you need! The staff was excellent! Very helpful and always with a smile! The room was in a very good condition, clean and it was very spacious. The bathroom was bright due to a window. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Florence! The bedroom definitely needs more lighting and the bathroom needs some fixing (wallpapers and skirting boards). The pillows seemed to be old and were not comfortable, they need to be changed. Also if you are a light sleeper have in mind that because it is very centrally located, you can hear noise from outside and the other rooms. That wasn't a problem for us. Also it would have been nicer for this hotel to renovate the corridors as well. It wouldn't look so old.

The Deco Hotel is very well located, very close to the train station and Florence's main tourist attractions. The hotel itself is not new, but the rooms are renovated, large, and very comfortable. Nothing.

Air conditioning was not working at all. Rooms were at high prices so if one is paying a good amount the least we deserve is a comfortable room with amenities in condition

Great service. The staffs were so nice during our stay. We had a short trip to Pisa before heading to Rome from Firenze. The hotel offered us to keep our luggages after we checked out. Great value!

Room is clean The shower room was so small that it was so uncomfortable and difficult to shower and I couldn't wash my hair properly.

The hotel was perfectly located and the staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. They offer good closets to hang clothes and a mini fridge! The hotel has an old infrastructure, you can see it mostly in the bathrooms- the shower could be a bit bigger. For the price, we were expecting something better. It's okay for one/ two nights.
