Location was perfect, right in the city center meant everything was a 5-10 minute walk away. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating.

In an historic building and city, we never expected rooms to be huge. Therefore how this hotel used the space to meet guests' needs was wonderful. Loved our room--creative use of the space, plenty of room, and very convenient. Breakfast was on the top floor of the hotel with a terrific view of Firenze. Unbelievable! Staff provided customized breakfast choices (omelettes, fried eggs, etc.) in a lovely environment. In the evening, the same space converted to an area for cocktails with a wonderful and creative bartender! The roof was retracted and we enjoyed birds' eye view of the city. But wait! I have forgotten to mention the accommodating front desk staff. Dinner recommendations, directions to sites--whatever we needed, they were most helpful. The location was extremely convenient to Firenze's historic sites. Would stay there again in a moment. Nothing--everything was terrific.

I really enjoyed the hotel; its proximity to various tourist attractions was fantastic and made it very easy to explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I would have preferred if the hotel provided complimentary drinking water. The water bottles in the minibar came with an additional charge, and I did not see any water available for guests at the reception.

Nice rooms. The breakfast was amazing and the ladies there were so nice and they did whatever to make the breakfast enjoyable.

We arrived prior to check in and it was hot outside! They had a nice air conditioned waiting room so we waited and rested there for about an hour until our room was ready. Lucky for us, we were able to get our room about an hour before check in! That was great as we were tired and hot from traveling that morning. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect! So close to everything. I would definitely stay again. I honestly cant think of a single thing that needs improvement.

We loved this hotel. Great location just around the corner from the Mercato Nuovo. Nice linens, toiletries and towels. Excellent breakfast with a very nice spread of baking goods. Friendly staff. We got a card for free drinks at their rooftop.
