location is convenient. renovation was in process and airconditioning is not sufficieny.

It was somewhat cheap, and the staff were polite. The first room they gave us was problematic. The toilet was uncleaned and the bathroom had A LOT of black mold. We requested a room change immediately. They provided us with a new room, somewhat better, although we never trusted them, and left as soon as we found something better. I would not recommended for an extended stay. Its OK for its money, but the rooms are in bad shape and for this money you can find something better in a more comfortable location close to the center.

We had a great stay at Hotel Ferrucci. The host was fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to have a chat. They gave us excellent directions, recommendations on where to go, and helpful local tips that made exploring the area much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated in the summer heat, the fridge was handy for keeping drinks cold, and the bed was very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Parking was available, which was a big plus. It could be a little busy at times due to the hotel’s location on a main street, but we were grateful to have the option. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The warm hospitality, clean and comfortable room, and helpful local advice made for a great experience. We’d happily stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet riverside location within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. The only downside was that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so the balcony overlooking the Arno was unavailable during our stay.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location out of town and riverside was good. Everything within healthy walking distance. With it being an older and character building it lacked some creature comforts, and was a shame the balcony was closed due to refurbishments.

Very good

Fine focation The hotel was under renovation. Balcony was closed. Noisy work was performed during the day. The doors were not closing for the bathroom. Noise isolation was not sufficient and I could hear all neighbors coming back during the night to their rooms.

The location is good. It is in walking distance to the historic downtown. You can either walk or take a bus. We had a rental car, it was important for us to have a parking by the hotel outside of the ZTL zones. The hotel parking is a joke, it only can fit 2 cars comfortably so you can actually get in and out anytime without being blocked. There is city parking by the hotel as well and it was the best option for us and much cheaper (8am-8pm - only 1 euro per 1 hr, and free on Sundays) The room was ok size. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom and shower were ridiculously small and very uncomfortable to use.

Hotel is a little bit far from the city center (25 minutes walking) but well served by buses. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not available but a fantastic coffee with huge pastry choices is very close. na
