I actually booked this hotel for someone else. But she thought the place was excellent and very comfortable and the perfect place to stay in Florence

The hotel was in an excellent location, a short walk from the train station and to the city’s main attractions. It looks a little sketchy on the way from the station but no one bothered us. The elevator only goes to the first floor, then you take the stairs to higher floors.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the location and that we can leave our stuff at the hotel after the check out . First of all there was no elevator up until the 3rd floor where we had our room. We had to carry the luggage up the stairs.( there was no mentioning of that). Secondly .. one of the single beds was really hard to sleep on it… my daughter couldn’t sleep all night because half of the bad was very hard like sleeping on a piece of wood and the other half was soft. And the rooms were very hot .. the A/C was barely working and in the bathroom it was very very hot. It felt like the heat was on… horrible.

Bed was little uncomfortable and ac was working well. But it's still doable.

Proximity to the metro The wardrobe and ref are in the corner instead of before the bed.

The location was fantastic, a quick 5 minute walk to the train station. The sites were all within walking distance too. The hotel staff was friendly and our room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were a little hard.

The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was a ten min walk away. I think the room was a little dark at times and the bathroom could’ve used more hooks or storage places to put our things. The lobby bathroom was never available for our use

We were allowed to drop off luggage for storage before check-in. The hotel was clean and very nice for the price! Front desk were very accommodating, helping us with a taxi at 4:30 am for the airport.

Not worth the value. Felt deceived from pictures.

They should offer the option of luggage storage rack in the room. Maybe have one or two on hand for travelers doing a short stay who don’t want to unpack their entire suitcase and don’t want to leave it opened on the floor either.

The location was great. It’s close to everything. The staffs were very nice. We got into our room and didn’t realize we don’t have the hotel WiFi and we have to walk 3 flights of stairs to go downstairs to find out. We try to text but no response. We were exhausted from the day and didn’t wan to walk anymore after a long day.
