We couldn’t ventilate the room because we had issues opening our window

We loved everything. The host was answering to our messages very quickly. He was there ahead of time for our check in. Location, it was very cleaned, the mattress was super comfortable

Free Bfast/drinks all day. Close to train station. Comfy beds. None so far. Highly recommended.

Meeting with host Guiseppe who was very informative. Breakfast was a unique offering in Airbnb. Warm railing in the bathroom helped as we were traveling with backpacks. No issues at all

Great spot, super welcoming, tons of snacks, and a really helpful host. The only issue is a morning noise from a trash truck passing very early, which will wake you up.

Everything was new, super clean and it was especially nice that the owner was there to greet us - great hospitality! Many items available (most are complimentary) to eat and drink at anytime of the day. The location- half a block from the train station, easy walk to the main attractions- is excellent, and there was very little noise from the street at night, which is normally a problem in the center. For my personal taste, the mattress was too firm, and because we were two people, the room was slightly small, but had a huge window so it felt airy. For one person it could be considered roomy. In a historical center, rooms are always smaller than in modern buildings ... but there's so much more character!!

Really nearby the station Firenze S. M. Novella, less than 5 mins walk to the central Market, less than 10 mins walk to the Duomo. Giuseppe, the owner, very warm and friendly. There’s a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks all included in your stay, very convenient! As we were staying in the Balcony room, we were gifted with a prosecco bottle which was much appreciated. Even before check in and after check out, you are allowed to leave your luggage in the shared area of the property, very useful for walking around the city if you have a late transport! My partner and I are really happy with our stay :)

loved this place! My stay was amazing. The room was very clean, and the location was perfect—very close to the train station and the Duomo. They also offered some breakfast items like juice, pastries, and cereal, plus a welcome bottle of wine. The owner is very kind and explained everything very well. He also recommended some great restaurants and things to do in Florence. I would definitely come back!

Good communication with staff. They can replied purr question quickly. The house had very low water pressure, making showering difficult.

- ac was very weak so even on max the room was very warm - Pillows were flat and had a sweaty smell to them - Our bed appeared to be broken and sitting on the foot of the bed, the mattress would sink through the bed frame and hit the floor. Not safe with our child. Don’t think it was clear from the listing, but you are actually renting one bedroom in a 3 bedroom residential apartment. The other bedrooms are other guests. the location was good.

The room was comfortable for 2 persons. There were complementary cereals and small snacks to take away. This is not a hotel, but a private room in a house. We had not realized, and it was mentioned in our booking. There were 2 other rooms around, so it was lille we shared an apartment with other roommates. At least we had a private bathroom inside our room (balcony). The neighborhood was not ideal. The entrance door to the building was constantly open and weird looking people were sitting in the stairs. The landing door of the apartment was broken which made us feel uncomfortable security wise. Even though the place is in a small street there was constant noise throughout the night either by people or by the trash truck. The wooden bed slats were broken on the half side of the bed and they had place a pile of towels to close the hole. We paid 750€ for 5 nights and quality/price did not satisfy us at all. Better look around for something else.

Clean, near the station, there is water and snacks you can eat. Kitchen is very convenient to use
