Excellent staff and best service out of any of our stays in Italy. The hotel has an amazing location right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and walking distance to all major attractions. The AC in the room struggled to keep it cool in the hot summer weather

Everything functioned exceptionally well. I don't think I've been in a room where all light switches, thermostates, shower controls, etc. worked simply and perfectly There was no need for explanation of how the applieances worked which often is required even in very expensive five star hotels. There were even two luggage racks available wihtout having to ask which is very uncommon. washclothes for the American traveler would be nice but hardly essential.

Location and breakfast were great. The staff was quite exceptional and exceeded my expectations, I would definitely stay here again. Adriano was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay!

The staff was extremely gracious and helpful and welcoming. A pleasure since our previous hotel in siena was awful! The breakfast here is fabulous. The rink was nicely decorated and very comfortable. If I could stay in a place like this for the rest of our vacation, I'd be happy. Nothing

In addition to being the perfect location - in the Oltrarno near the Ponte Vecchio but on a quiet street - no noise- it is like being at a well appointed apartment. The staff could not be more thoughtful and caring. Adriano went above and beyond - storage luggage (even after I had left the hotel), calling taxis, offering coffee etc. The bed, pillows and linens are top quality, which means a lot to me as a frequent traveler (I’ll admit I’m a snob!). I appreciated other little things like the makeup mirror, big soaking tub, and separate sitting room. The last few times I’ve been to Florence (I go for about 2 weeks) I’ve rented Airbnb’s but a few days at this hotel changed my mind - I will be staying at Ponte Vecchio Suites. Beyond satisfied. No complaints. A great experience start to finish.

This hotel is close to all areas and away from the craziness on the other side of Ponte Vecchio, but walking distance to everything. This hotel is GREAT!!! Modern, Clean, Staff are Absolutely Wonderful. They go out of their way to assist with suggestions and any needs that you might have. Will definitely return to this place! :) Breakfast was delicious ! Thank you for a lovely accomodation in Florence!

We stayed at the hotel as a couple and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location in the city center is excellent. It’s a great base for sightseeing, with many attractions within walking distance. When the window was open, there was a bit of street noise, but that’s quite expected given the very central location of the hotel.

Climatization not working (due to ecological and financial criterias in winter season). Noisy neighbourhood when windows are open.

The rooms were spacious and property was very clean. It’s on the high side, cost wise, however it’s good value for money.

They provided me with a different room as my room isn't available even though I sent them an email and they confirmed that the exact room ( suite) will be provided So it was a horrible experience and we wasted our time and their solution was to refund me the money and to search for another hotel!!! And the AC in all of the rooms they showed us is not working we couldn't sleep off the heat and all windows are locked
