The picture of the room didn't match what we got. Well, there was a picture of it buried at the end of like 30 pictures, but it is a bit deceptive. We paid for this large suite and we did not get a large suite. It was actually really tiny, so just make sure which room you are getting when you book here. It could have been more clear what room we were getting. Our room was tiny and we paid for a large suite.

Tricky finding the entrance, the reception was on the third floor and also the shower was a bit small.

Amazing staff, always kind and extremely attentive. Was able to hold my luggage before my flight out. The room was extremely spacious, the bathroom was excellent, and the bed was comfy. Amazing location, away from the massive crowds but still in the city centre.

It was very nice. Big rooms, nice paintings on the ceiling. Close to nice bars and restaurants. Close to the old town. Very friendly concierges. In February it was a bit cold in the room. heating could have been better.

The room is really big and the bed is so comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful. The area is great We were happy with everything, it was really good value

The location was great. The staff were lovely. My door didn't function properly - it wouldn't close correctly unless I did some pushing of specific buttons on the hardware when I left. This should be fixed!! Staff was supposed to be at the desk from 7 am to 7 pm. This was not the case. The plumbing wasn't functioning. The toilet ran all night long, off and on. I had virtually no interest service my entire 5 day stay.
