Loved it, comfy good location safe clean every day

The people were very kind and helpful

There are no elevator, but we already knew about it

It was very clean, there was enough space, it had a small balcony, the bed was comfortable, the towels were nice, the shower was hot and had adequate pressure. Lorenzo, Pietro, Daniele, and the cleaning staff were all very nice and helpful. The property has no elevator, which didn’t bother us, but it’s good to know.

Excellent location, they had extras like slippers, towels and toiletries. Even extra toothbrush and toothpaste. Pillows

Location, location, location; and staff was very helpful! Stairs!

We stayed here for 3 days (2 nights) and unfortunately had not a very goof experience overall. The biggest issue was accessibility. The room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was extremely difficult for my wife as a disabled person. This should be clearly stated, as it makes the property unsuitable for many guests. The room had a strong unpleasant smell unless the windows were constantly open. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst sleeps we’ve experienced. Noise was also a major problem, with street noise and even helicopters at night, making it hard to rest before 2am. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower, which was difficult to use comfortably (I couldn’t get it because the doors wouldn’t fully open lol). Although the listing mentions a coffee station, the coffee machine did not work properly and the quality was very poor. The only positive aspect was the availability of drinking water. Service was also disappointing. We were told we could pay in cash at reception, but no one was present during our entire stay. After we had already left and were on the train, the host contacted us accusing us of not paying, which was unfair given that no one was available to receive the payment. There was also no proper welcome upon arrival. The location was decent but nothing special. Overall, this was not a comfortable or well-managed stay and I would not recommend it, especially for anyone with accessibility needs.

It’s a bit old and doesn’t have an elevator! But it’s worth the money!

The staff was great, but the area does not feel safe, and the place doesn't look like it does in the pictures. No elevators, lots of stairs to climb. The bed was hard, and the room needed some painting.

We were tired from our journey and we didn't want to climb another flight of stairs. So we took a room right next to the office, my mistake. It was noisy and people coming and going all day, and into the night. Again, this was my fault for not going the extra flight of stairs. The staff couldn't be better. Very accommodating and at checkout time they saved us $100 euros. Bookin.com and Expedia offered taxis to the Florence, Italy airport at $135. Euros. Rodenza called a taxi service for us, waited downstairs for it to show, and confirmed the price. They even said if they couldn't get a taxi, they would take us. Rodents is located in the heart of Florence, a couple of blocks from the city center. Restaurants are plentiful and we enjoyed some great food.and wine. Give them a try, but not next to the office. Like I mentioned, don't stay in a room next to the office. Little noisy, but considering the location and real Italian lodging it's a pleasant place.

Location is good and it’s clean. There is no elevator, so it was really hard to bring bags to 4th floor. Room was very small (we can’t open suitcases anywhere) and noise is going through the walls too much. I think price was quite high

Room was big, however shower very tiny, that was always wet after showering. Bed was very uncomforatble, matress was smaller than the frame, thus the pillow fell in between.

Good location. They provide an area where you can get tea, coffee using pods, and filtered water. I could hear a constant mechanical type noise especially at night when there is less human and road traffic around. It’s coming from inside the building because when I open the window I did not hear it outside. There are approximately 75 steps to get to your room. This is just a note for people who may have challenges with stairs. The bathroom is tiny. This was not a negative for me, however; it will be for larger individuals.

The location was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately we stayed for several days. The sewage odor coming from the bathroom was horrid. There was a ceiling fan in room, but it didn’t work. We were in the 3rd floor… so 76 steps up every time we ventured out.

Location was great, very friendly and helpful property staff. Toilet was too small. Toilet bowl was very tight to sit on. My right knee was restrained by the toilet paper holder.
