Homewood Suites by Hilton Florence

Myself and family had a wonderful and restful stay!!! Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Great family time at the pool and basketball court. Will recommend to all my friends.

A very nice hotel to stay at right off 95.

Everything. It was perfect stop for a halfway point for a long drive.

Hallways and room stink of wet dog. Room AC did not work properly. Damaged amenities, disgusting carpet tile in room. Stains all over couch.

Location, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good w/ eggs hash browns and etc.. Would recommend this to anyone. For one night stay , nothing was bad.

Did not receive housekeeping service. We asked for towels when we find out they only clean rooms every other day. We never receive any cleaning service. Trash never got dump.

This was our first time staying with the Hilton on our way to Orlando and I'm so pleased that we discovered it and we also stayed on our way back to Pennsylvania and hopefully will do the same next year. The hotel was very accommodating as we had our two small dogs with us as well. Our room was very clean and we appreciated the kitchenette .

The place was spotless. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful. I will become a member of Hilton hotels and on my way back home I will book with them again. ! Excellent hotel specially the one in Florence South Carolina. !

The hotel was clean, fresh, and pleasant, and the stay was comfortable. It was impossible to close the curtains properly. The streetlights were shining directly into the windows. We tried to hold the curtains closed with our own clips, but even through the gaps the light was extremely bright, and at 3 a.m. it felt like 9 a.m. on a sunny day. Because of this, we were not able to sleep well. Most likely for the same reason, our upstairs neighbor also couldn’t sleep and was walking around all night. We could hear every single step because the ceilings in the rooms are very low and the sound insulation is very poor. If you sleep with earplugs and an eye mask, then this is a great hotel. We had a great time at the hotel everyone was helpful.

The property was clean and Nicholas was very nice. Everything was perfect. Besides beer being to high.
