Room was perfectly near the Fountainebleu Palace where our event was being held. My room did not have AC. Thermostat was broken and the hotel failed to notify me at check in. I only found out after I returned to my room to learn that my room was hot and uncomfortable. I was forced to sleep in sweaty hot conditions as the hotel was sold out. The desk staff downstairs barely spoke English. He offered another hotel, which would separate me from my family. Thankfully my daughter’s family had working AC. In the morning they offered me a refund, but it was actually an adjustment of just 100 euros. Normally this would seem ok, but they charged me an extra 120 euros at checkin for my grandkids to join us. Many emails back and forth. Way too much time spent during my vacation. Would never stay here again.

The chef and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Its a beautiful place. We were put in a room (superior) anything but superior. I saw on my paperwork that I paid for a “delux” room. They moved us. It was a pain to repack up and if I didnt catch the mistake I would have stayed 2 nights in a inferior room. I dont get why they made that mistake. The toom we ended up in was very nice. Just check their work

Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Nice atmosphere in lobby.

Room was small but functional. Breakfast is very good, restaurant is excellent. Castle and park are close. Quiet street.

Great Location We had stayed there last year and was excited to go back , but unfortunately it was not as pleasant this time. It seemed not as well maintained and the staff was not at all friendly

Breakfast was wonderful... room excellent balcony with ash tray a bonus. nothing

Front desk staff was really helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help when I became ill. The terrace room was lovely, and a really nice big room.

Location was perfect for visiting the chateau. A good breakfast Probably the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in - almost no room on either side of the bed. The hotel staff were possibly the least useful we have ever met. The receptionist didn’t know the times for breakfast, didn’t know where the partner hotel was for parking, and nobody was available at the bar for evening drinks.

Beautiful accommodations and very helpful staff. Even came out to the parking lot and helped us figure out the parking meters, which would not recognize our credit card. Everything was great

Noise from restaurant. Courtyard needed weed removal and power wash. Breakfast was overpriced for basics. Coffee wasn't good and was just warm in crafts. Need a plug in electric dispenser with real half and half creamer and better quality coffee. Lunch was special and of higher quality.

Very cute courtyard. The terrace was not as good as expected.

A beautiful courtyard, delicious breakfast and comfy beds. All within a few short steps of the Chateau. The staff were lovely too.

Beautiful hotel and a great bed. Rooms were not properly made up- no toilet roll one day, no hand towels another day. No fresh water most days etc.

Hotel is in a fantastic position for visiting the Chateau and gardens. Nice restaurant for dinner. Do book in advance. Breakfast was poor. All self service and you had to walk bad and forth fetching plates and glasses from your table rather than them being at the buffet which was inconvenient. Request for a cappuccino was declined. Room door locks need attention as you had to slam the door shut to get it to close.

The location was near the chateau, in the center of the town. This hotel totally lacks character. The room where we were needs upgrading. We were traveling for 5 days around burgundy vineyards and his place was the least interesting and comfortable of all other places we stayed in. Besides, it was the most expensive of all the places we stayed at. I would not recommend

Wonderful location great new decor spacious rooms a nice shower and nice staff. Good restaurant in the hotel as well. Facilities seem to have a problem with it's basic maintenance there is water damage in the showers in several rooms and mold around the windows in the showers. The shower of flooded the bathroom repeatedly as well. There is also an inconsistency in the quality of housekeeping with never enough towels provided seemingly by just lack of attention.
