Friendly and helpful staff Central location It's loud at night and In the early morning if the windows are open because the hotel is right on a busy central street. (Have to open windows - no AC - only fan)

The location is perfect No elevator. The stairs were narrow but navigable.

It's dated, could use a little sprucing up.

Such a lovely little place. Right opposite to the Chateau, super close to shops and restaurants. Great early morning coffee, and tasty breakfast. The staff was really friendly and owners very welcoming with a nice sense of humor. Nothing at all.

Excellent location - right across the street from Fontainebleau & close to many cafes, restaurants, and the bus to the train station. Did not like the ancient hairdryer - a strange wall unit kind of affair that was also for plugging in electric shavers Did not like the dark hallways and the stairwells were not well lit - I fell down the stairs because it was pitch black

Good location and communication from the host and staff. Very clean. The design and layout of rooms is very nice. Odd shaped passages and room were tough for big bags.

Breakfast was good and hosts were super friendly and welcoming :-)

The location is good, plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is very small and not particularly comfortable.

Elegant and intimate spot in the heart of Fontainebleau. Charming historic ambiance — a true hidden gem. Just a 15-minute walk from INSEAD, perfect for visiting professionals. No air conditioning, but the two quiet fans kept the room comfortable.

Living up to expectations. Facility was a little uncomfortable in general but impeccable location.

Location is perfect. Short walk to a beautiful area of shops and restaurants and across the road from the chateau. The old rabbit warren building was charming (though request a first floor room if you have a lot of luggage!) and our room looked out onto a beautiful street. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

View of chateau, local French tourists, creaky old staircase wandering up and down in old fashioned French hotel style. Great value. And lovely staff.

The location across the street from Chateau Fontainbleau was excellent The room was an add on with a weird design and shoddy construction. There were not many people in the hotel but they stuck me up in this strange room.
