Excellent and satisfying breakfast; nice garden (although it was rainy during my stay so I could not properly enjoy it). Accessible basically only by car, especially after dark; breakfast available only after 8:30, very late for any business-related stay.

Nice location outside the traffic. Great view of Rome. Owner very kind and friendly. Clean house. Silent area, perfect for nice sleeping. Breakfast ok. Shower curtain could have been better. A bit too remote for walking alone in the night (although safe neighborhoods). Breakfast a bit essential.
