Hotel poco fuori la città di Roma con tanto verde attorno. Letto comodo e aria condizionata, stanza moderna. Personale gentile e parcheggio gratuito dentro i cancelli. Hanno anche un ristornate loro o in alternativa ce ne sta uno a 20mt con menú piú vario

They were very good at communicating and as it was our 20th anniversary, our bed was covered in rose petals and had lovely towel heart sculpture, along with a 375 of a nice red wine and glasses. A great surprise! And the restaurant was superb, along with breakfast.

Nice quote hotel in the heart of nature, with free parking lots, good breakfast, spacious room and friendly staff.

-
The pillows were uncomfortable , we couldn’t use them.
-
It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The staff was pleasant and I enjoyed the morning coffee There was too much heating in the room (it was too hot [>28 C], while it was cool outside [< 18 C]), and it as difficult to lower the heating. There was limited access to free drinking water (0.5 l per day).

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING. I have stayed in 250+ hotels in the past 18 months trip alone, so the comments below are from an experienced and long term traveller and user of Booking.com. Truth in advertisements is essential when making a booking. NON-POTABLE WATER IN GUEST ROOMS: They provide a small carafe of water for drinking/teeth cleaning (not bottled water). After that you have to buy water at their vending machine (or bring your own). There is no safety warning for water in Rome and surrounding area water, so the guest rooms must not be on the town water. For people with skin/immunity issues, consider the risk of showering in non-potable water when there is no way to know where this water is stored and whether the tank is properly maintained. They do not provide a jug/kettle in the room to boil water? RECEPTION: I made a 3 night booking based on their advertisement that didn’t disclose the use of non-potable water. I told them I have immune health issues, and I asked if the remaining 2 days could be cancelled because of the potential risks for me. The owner/manager belligerently refused. You pay when you leave, so they only had to not charge me for the remaining 2 days and then readvertise on Booking.com. They refused to take calls from Booking.com while I was there, and when I know the on-duty manager was at the desk. They also did not reply to the Booking.com email. In the hotel email reply directly to me, they basically said the guest has no right to know before they book about the non-potable water. Given there is no water safey warning for Rome and surrounding area town water, a guest would reasonably expect to be getting safe water in their room. I left the hotel anyway, having been made to pay for all 3 nights. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that uses non-potable water in guest rooms (EVER), even in developing countries and rural areas. You usually know before booking. It is also the worst customer service, and inconsideration for the health/safety of a guest. WIFI UNUSABLE. They rebooted twice when both myself and another guest were at the desk asking why it wasn’t working. It was connecting, but so slow it was unusable all night and the next morning.

The staff is very friendly, and location is strategic

A return visit as the hotel reopened recently after a 4-year break. It was like meeting an old friend again. Comfortable room, friendly staff, close enough to Ciampino airport to catch an early morning flight. the room was a little too warm

Garden road side, noisy
