Amazing food options at the restaurant and excelent Breakfast buffet The reservations depart was very patient with me and change my reservations and allowed me to change my dates 3 times caused by changes in my iteneray The best room i had in western Africa Very close to the ferry from the airport and the ferry stuff gave me a free ride back and forth (they picked me up the morning of departure that the front dest arranged for me) I could not recomment this place enough - I will be back The only hick-up was that we had a major rain one night and being on the top floor the the rain on the roof sounded defening and it woke me up but that's out of there control This place exceeded my expectations didn't have enough time to spend there

I love the restaurant. Amazing food and very comfortable rooms

The food was fine, but barely any African dishes.

Close to the airport. Pool was under construction, but I was told they had one and there were young girls being offered to male guests, in the evenings, which was not appropriate. I was sad for the girls.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful, marked by theft and dishonest behavior. • A brand-new travel mosquito net, purchased just two weeks before our stay and never used, was “thrown away” by the housekeeping staff under the pretext that it was in poor condition. Despite contacting the hotel promptly after leaving, we received no clear response. We had to return in person, where staff admitted to discarding it, all while being rude and confrontational. • At the restaurant, we were asked to pay under the table $20 for a simple plate of pineapple, with the excuse that it was “not on the menu.” This is an unacceptable and unethical practice. • Worst of all, the management showed complete dishonesty by asking us to send a message confirming that we had been refunded, promising to issue the refund afterward. Unsurprisingly, no refund was ever made. This hotel demonstrates appalling management, zero professionalism, and blatant disrespect for its guests. We strongly advise against staying here to avoid such a disappointing and shocking experience.

Good staff at the reception

Breakfast was great, nice cappuccino, great view by the pool. I loved the fact that in addition to the regular menu, there was also local food ("plasas") available. Staff and management were very friendly. Reception (e.g. Hakim) staff always ready to facilitate the stay. N/A

I didn't like that I couldn't choose to eat breakfast in my room however I made it known and I was granted an exception. Part of providing excellent customer care is to adapt based on your Guests individual need. I was traveling with my 5months old infant, holding him and eating does not go together because he is at that stage where he touches and plays with everything. Anyway it ended up to be a great experience

Breakfast was great, options enough to satisfy any weary travellers’ palate par excellence

All was ok

Very nice property. Room and bathroom were maculate. Staff was terrific. Small issue with the pickup shuttle for the 4AM boat. They had one of their security people take me directly. Great food at the restaurant, did not have an opportunity to have breakfast.
