Stuff being stolen from rooms. Everything is very slow and difficult Food at the restaurant limited to 2-3 items Very overpriced At midnight water started dripping from the ceiling. They tried fixing it (I only asked for a bucket), it didn't work, so I got the bucket.

For the raddison standards I have experienced in some of the other countries, I was disappointed. I hated the delayed service. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice, asking me to take towels for cleaning, yet I told them I was checking out. I also did not like the low connectivity, especially in the room. I hated the lights going on and off every day!

Staff very pleasant, smiling and by and large happy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Breakfast was satisfactory but the "Hot" food was cold on 2 days. The gym was satisfactory. Otherwise very disappointing. Grossly overpriced for what you get. The hotel was very tired and dark. The rooms were adequate and basic. The TV was very limited. The pool area could have been better facilitated. More umbrellas, some plants and possible a drinks service, Not very relaxing or private. The check in area was crowded and difficult to work with. People pushing in and interrupting and difficult to interact with staff. The Bar area was too open so the the TV area (which was in front of the bar), affected the quiet sitting area. Conversations could be overheard. The bar was poorly supplied and closed very early, with no offer of a concierge or night service.

Hotel was good. Nice location and good quality. The hotel was very noisy. Too many people around the reception, and noisy parties till very late in the night every night of my stay there! It was not a good experience for me.

The food was very good. Staff are also friendly and service oriented. This is far from the standard of the other Radisson Blu’s. The building needs to be renovated as its old and have a smell (not from uncleanliness)

All was aligned to what is expected. There needs to be window double glazing and/or adequate sound proofing of the rooms in relation to the noise made by the celebratory music at the Beach Garden compound and the pool parties.
