A beautifully designed stay that exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Everything was tidy, visually pleasing, and very well-cared for. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything is good from check in until check out…the room clean, vibes are good, view are nice straight to fuji mount..

Distance from the train station with no public transport. Had to cab it every time. But the bathroom and toilet was excellent

The facility was exceptional, with polite staff, huge rooms, and the best bathroom we've seen so far, location wise was lovely, as it's tucked away from busy streets, yet it still allowed easy transport to all of the local sightseeing areas.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and more than enough room for 2 people. We rented a car while we were there. Parking was easy. Just a few minutes drive to the station & famous Lawsons. We also woke up to a great view of Mt. Fuji.

Staffs were excellent, answered our queries well, and went the extra mile to explain somethings, extreme helpful. We loved it.
