Seabreeze Hotel, An Ascend Collection Hotel

The shuttle driver and staff were very friendly. The room was very nice and we had a great view of the water.

The Seabreeze is modern with very clean and spacious rooms and restrooms, excellent location that is walking distance to the Seawall and Pleasure Pier, and has very friendly staff. The water pressure in the shower could be improved and the breakfast is just ok.

The parking lot is very tiny and there were a lot of large pickup trucks that made it a bit challenging to navigate. The shower had very low water pressure and I didn’t feel like I got too clean after the beach. The room had a small coffee maker but no sugar or creamer. I was able to walk down to the breakfast room and get some but it would have been nice to have a coffee before getting dressed and leaving my room. The main benefit of the Seabreeze hotel is its location- one block from the beach and the Historic Pleasure Pier as well as walking distance to lots of other shops and restaurants.

Only stayed for one night. Comfortable bed and pillows. Reasonable and met our needs

The property is located perfectly for beach activities. It is off the main traffic way so it is quiet yet just mere steps to the beach. The rooms are cleanish but our room was not made up despite our request.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, and good location to the beach. But the mattress was super hard, felt like i was sleeping on the floor.

Positives - Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking with a quick access to Murdocks gift shop, the beach, and Pleasure Pier. Negatives - Low water pressure, would take an hour to fill the tub so no baths. AC fan made strange noises that were inconsistent. No fruit or yogurt at breakfast.

I stayed alone as a single woman and felt safe and comfortable. I was able to walk most of the places I wanted to go too and felt comfortable doing so. Rooms were clean and staff was polite and helpful.

Our room was spacious and had a beautiful oceanview with a balcony. The breakfast had variety and was freshly made.. I really enjoyed out stay. Seabreeze has a nice location close to Pleasure Pier.

I loved my stay here. The room was so clean and modern. The a/c was nice and cold too. The breakfast was great with lots of options. It is in a wonderful spot near the Seawall. Just a short walk to the Pleasure Pier. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I love my stay here in Galveston. The staff was awesome. They also have cruise shuttle, and you can leave your car parked at the property, which makes it easy. Staying here again in November can’t wait!

No major complaints. The business office for guests is not completed yet. The breakfast could have offered more items. The staff was great and so was the location.

Clean, quiet, friendly

Property is small and pool is small but thats what made it cozy and intimate. The “breakfast included” was very thoughtful, delicious and filling. The receptionists knew their stuff and the breakfast staff was helpful with all the plates I made for my family. For a few years Galveston has been my favorite vacation spot, we usually rent an air bnb, but since it was unavailable I was very nervous and had low expectations for my stay. To my pleasant surprise, I was beyond impressed and blown way by our stay at Seabreeze. I will be returning when our usual spot is unavailable.

The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfy and there were black out shades that were amazing. Balcony had a view of the ocean although there were several powerlines in that view. We still Conveniently located to Pleasure Pier. The only issues we had was that parking was scarce and they are stingy with the towels. We had 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our visit with no washcloths.

It's not far from the cruise port and you can see the boats from the hotel.

Breakfast was ok and the staff was great rooms was clean and well taking care of beds to me was hard as a rock and the ac froze you out of the room which was great in my opinion
