South Shore Harbour is one of the best Hotels to stay at when in the League City Galveston area. The Cleanliness and friendly staff is Top Tier.

Close to the beach. Cold ac Breakfast was eh ok. Was expecting better choices than just Continental. No decaf coffee.

NOTHING We had originally booked a one night stay at this hotel for August 16, 2026. We decided to add another night so I called booking.com and the agent that I spoke with was very accommodating and was able to get another night added to our reservation for check in to be on August 14, 2026 and check out to be on August 17, 2026. We received a new confirmation from booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel on August 15, 2026, we were told that we did not have a reservation for that night that it was for August 16, 2026 for one night. I showed the desk clerk the confirmation I received from booking.com and he said that it didn't matter. So we ended up having to pay $294 for the added night. We were not happy about this AT ALL!! booking.com failed us immensely!! I feel that booking.com should reimburse us at least $200 of the $294. Probably won't use booking.com again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Clean, great location to the bea h even though we only stayed one day, really less than 12 hpurs. Safe, convenient and in good location to the cruise terminal which is what we needed.

Location was great! Good option for the night before a cruise. Parking okay.

Very nice aesthetic I did not like that. It was in front of smoke shop and it wasn’t that clean in the elevator/hallways and the elevator on one side was broken and the other one seemed like it was about to break.

Good location but you can tell the property needs more maintenance. Breakfast wasn't good, so we went to McDonald's. Luckily, we had hot water but heard another room didn't.

Location was great and room was clean. The AC in the room was a little noisy and the elevator was really slow

Exceptional

The toilet stopped and I was advised I could come get a plunger and the bathtub backed up. Room was dirty. Other guest in the elevator reported was a dirty hotel room they had Balacony was not an ocean view it was the back of a restaurant. The only nice thing I have to say is the young man who checked me in was very nice.

The staff was phenomenal! The location is very convenient if you’re wanting to check out anything in the area.

Loved the location right off the pier. You can walk to the gulf shore. Loved the balcony that overlooked the ocean but this does not make up for HOW BAD THIS WAS! The back door was broken it was hanging on by 1 screw. I tried to call front desk and notify them of the damage and phone does not work. I did receive a message from the hotel asking how the stay was but they never responded. Do not waste your money on this hotel. We went down stairs for the free breakfast and ended up doing door dash because it was nothing hot some coffee, muffins and bagels. I saw Hilton and assumed it would be good quality. Let’s just say this hotel was NOT IT!!! I’m nervous to ever stay in another Hilton again!
