South Shore Harbour is one of the best Hotels to stay at when in the League City Galveston area. The Cleanliness and friendly staff is Top Tier.

Didnt clean room or bring us towels thank goodness i bought my own other than that it was ok

Good location but you can tell the property needs more maintenance. Breakfast wasn't good, so we went to McDonald's. Luckily, we had hot water but heard another room didn't.

The toilet stopped and I was advised I could come get a plunger and the bathtub backed up. Room was dirty. Other guest in the elevator reported was a dirty hotel room they had Balacony was not an ocean view it was the back of a restaurant. The only nice thing I have to say is the young man who checked me in was very nice.

The staff was phenomenal! The location is very convenient if you’re wanting to check out anything in the area.

Breakfast, was simple; cereal, fruit, muffins. Complementary waters and cookies. Check in was simple and fast. Pool accessible and right across from beach!!!

The parking spot it is free, clean room and I did like the balcony and the staff was so helpful

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the bagels with cream cheese and yogurt with granola, cinnamon and sliced almonds every morning of our stay.

The front desk manager lie to me by saying that the elevators were working it wasn’t working.

The hotel had a terrible odor. The rooms was clean enough only to look cleaned. The bathroom was not mopped well..

It cleaned up a little from the last people who owned it. The Breakfast sucked. I also requested a third floor corner room. I got first floor in the middle.

Location and easy check in and check out process. Hotel smelled moldy. Only one elevator worked. Breakfast was scarce. Ice machine did not work.

Room 211, feels like it's going to collapse. When we walked in our room. My suitcase rolled down an incline to the TV stand. Not sure how it's passed any type of inspections. When you look at the balcony door and the wall it's on you can see there are big issues here.

Only 2 elevator worked, only 1 ice machine worked, we were on the 2nd floor and hallway ceiling was leaking and smelled like mold. Breakfast was either cereal, bread or packaged muffins, no hot cooked food

Our family loved the Balcony and the pool to the kids that was one of the best things about the whole stay. The parking was great. As described the beach is directly across the road. The real problem that I had was that, this was a pet friendly hotel which I knew when I purchased my trip. What I did not know was that pets would be scattered on every floor. In most pet friendly hotels pets are designated to one or two floors. That is a detail that definitely should be told to someone upfront. We were across the hall from a dog that barked all night. I am a light sleeper it was a miserable experience. I also have allergies the pet dander was terrible. Allergy medicine did not help the swelling in my face.

Great value, great location. Rooms are huge and clean, staff is friendly. Indoor pool is perfect for rainy days. Microwave and fridge in room. Beachview from large balcony. Pool was a little over-chlorinated. Breakfast could use some allergy-friendly items besides yogurt.

great location and price it was safe and clean. easy to walk just about everywhere we went. would defiantly come back the elevator took a long time due to only one running and the breakfast was super minimal. the bath tub wasnt in the best condition but was working for quick showers

Stayed one night pre cruise and worked out just fine
