1. Front desk receptionist was not professional at checking in as she mentioned as my family and i are not members so will take a few steps to check in, which we understand totally but she kept emphasising it that she was fasting and almost goes crazy. I was not sure whether that needs to convey to her customers at this point. 2. Second- when i asked whether we had any complimentary parking. Another staff mentioned in a stern reply that our hotel has NO complimentary parking even though i said booking.com stated there is. I will not blame on the ground staff jokey as they do not know anything about this. Luckily the supervisor came and manage to resolve the issues by telling us that as we did not inform that we are under the ‘luxury’ suite so the staff will not know. (is this my job to tell?) 3. We have decided to have our breakfast at coffee terrace as it opens at 6.30am and convenient enough and only 1 min walk away. We had a toddler who is 1.5 years old and when i asked about children charges she mentioned even baby that dont eat also need to pay. I had a laugh and i request to ask the supervisor to waste less time to clarify. Overall rooms and casinos experience was great. Only the ground staff customer service need training.
